Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, was invoiced for more than I was quoted and without any explanation and it took twice as long as promised, I wish I had checked these reviews before working with them. Avoid at all costs.

Would not recommend. They started ok then the fees started to increase, they made mistakes and didn't compensate, not what you'd expect from a big firm like this.
Incorrect calculations on tax numbers and poor aftercare, non caring attitude and charged more than quoted. Wish I'd read the Trustpilot reviews first.
My partner used Wilson Wright a few years back and they were OK so I used them for our tax advice, something has definitely changed over those years as it wasnt great at all. Slow, laboured and poor customer service.
Don't use! My parents had a terrible experience with this company, bad advice and it cost them thousands of pounds, I would steer clear..!
Not great..! Incorrect figures, hidden fees and a terrible attitude.. not what you’d expect from a large established company
Incompetent and deceitful. One of their Senior Partners totally screwed up our tax calculations and advised us of incorrect Net figures for our company acquisition. Even after producing the written evidence they were dismissive of the facts and weren’t prepared to rectify their mistakes or offer any form of compensation, a colleague has now heard a similar story with them from last year. I’d steer very clear of this bunch, there are far better, more professional and competent Accountants out there
