Sono ignoranti il servizio clienti e da vomito se rispondono con messaggi copia incolla. merce scadente senza istruzioni e fatturazioni inesistenti.
Sono peggio della peste. non comprate da loro guardate le recensioni sono tutte negative.

Customer service is ignorant and it's disgusting if they respond with copy and paste messages. Poor quality merchandise without instructions and non-existent invoices.
They are worse than the plague. Don't buy from them, look at the reviews, they are all negative.

Absolutely terrible. I purchased a Macerator which had to be replaced due to a blown pressure valve and motor. I had to purchase a second one which only worked for a couple of months, the pressure switch went again, I was sent a new switch which lasted a few weeks and went again. I was told to dry the switch out and replace it ! It still did not work. The company will not give refunds even though it is under warrentee and are not helpful to their UK customers. I really bady customer service. A really bad product. Please don't use this company.
