Accessible boat
We took a group of disabled holiday makers on a Windermere cruise. We were on The Swift, which has totally accessible areas. All the crew were pleasant and helpful. The weather was not too bad - at least we could see out!
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Lovely experience last summer would do again
Can not believe this can happen in UK, looks like I’m in undeveloped country.
Currently they only accepts online bookings, we booked for 7 people, paid in full, received reference number and other details where it mentioned start time as 12:45 pm. When we reached there 5 mins before they just redirected us from pier to pier(incompetent staff) and finally said boat is boarded already at 12:35 pm and asked us to contact on 01539443360 where the executive was rudely said that the booking reference shows timing as 12:35pm at her end and no matter what time given to us. Further asked me to pay again and rebook.
Though I was there on time and I have all the proofs showing start time as 12:45 pm I then sent them email. It’s been 3 days but no one responding to that.
Very poor system, helpless and rude staff. Would not recommend these cruses to anyone.
