It was a first visit by us to this company. We believed we needed a new UPVC Gearbox mechanism. We were served by Matt who believed he knew the problem and promptly opened the unit. He spotted a very small fiddly little spring had broken and set to work to replace it. We have just refitted and all is good with the mechanism. Thank you Matt ! We will definitely use this company again.

My old door handle didn't work properly and just hung downwards, i didn't know the size i needed so i called windowparts on the phone & was helped out by a very nice lady, she talked me through measuring my old handle and emailed me website links to some handles that matched the size of my old ones.
I bought a lovely pair of chrome handles that look so much better than my old gold ones, they came the next day and my son fitted them easily.
I will use windowparts again.
