Received package timely! I started getting sceptical...as the instructions were clear, but the steps in practice, on my laptop seemed in a different order. I struggled with the BIOS not recognizing the bootable USB drive at the beginning. After some stubborn 2 day-attempts, I could finally get the system running! Thank you for your trusty product! Life saver!

Nogmaals mijn excuses voor de voor u vervelende vergissing dat ik u een USB heb toegestuurd met Windows 11. Ik begrijp nu net van u dat de installatie na ons telefoongesprek van vanmiddag in ieder geval wel is gelukt. De licentie code was gelukkig wel goed. Mocht u nog vragen of problemen hebben dan weet u ons hopelijk toch nog te vinden,

The bootable USB didn't work so that I had to download Win 10 from Microsoft website and make a functional bootable USB. The benefit I had was that I purchased the License Key for Win 10 which I used to install it on my laptop.

Gelukkig dat de de aangeboden oplossing het probleem in ieder geval verholpen heeft. Wij wensen je heel veel plezier met je nieuwe systeem en bij vragen of problemen kan je natuurlijk altijd bij ons terecht.

Effective support to get a Operatuing Systenm failure (Windows 100) removed
Mr. Talens from the Helpdesk assisted me very efficiently and effectively to get my Windows system working again. I just had a black screen and there was no way I found a way to any info what to do via de screen. Phoning the Helpdesk was a pleasure (no endless waiting!) and within 15 minutes I could work again.
