Pevino wine cooler replacement for La Sommeliere one
After ordering and receiving my La Sommeliere wine cooler it was found to be faulty, I contacted Wineandbarrels spoke to Amanda and it was agreed to replace the cooler, unfortunately the replacement was also faulty. Amanda helped us choose another wine cooler this time from the Pevino range, we have had the new wine cooler up and running for four weeks now and we are delighted and it looks fab in our kitchen.
I would like to thank Amanda from Wineandbarrels for her quick response and professionalism through the whole process.
I would recommend this company if you are looking for a stylish wine cooler for your home, first class service from one happy customer.

Buyer beware
Really disappointed to take swift delivery on the cavecool joy coral wine cooler - which l thought l was purchasing through a UK based company - only to find it had been shipped from Denmark and subsequently arrived with a danish plug fitted which was unsuitable for our UK socket.
I contacted the phone number on the website only to be connected to an office In Denmark to then be told the warehouse had not included an adaptor for use in the UK and it would be shipped to me from Denmark on the following Monday - end of.
Had l known that this product would not be supplied with a plug suitable for use in the UK l would not have purchased it as l would not want to run an electrical product 24/7 through an adaptor. I raised this concern and a subsequently email stated ‘As told on the phone, the warehouse normally sends the adapter, but is has been a mistake that they forgot it. The UK-adapter is safe, and everything will be OK once you have received it.’ Not once was an apology offered.
A week later the adaptor has not arrived so we have paid for an electrician to rewire the plug so we could be sure it was safe to use as it was needed for a specific event.
Once working the cooler looks good but ....... it is more noisy than expected - it competes with the dishwasher on a noise level and on a 24/7 basis l suspect it will be moved elsewhere as it is irritating.
Buyer beware if you choose to buy from this online shop front.

I am sorry that our warehouse people forgot to send the UK-adapter with the wine fridge. When you called our Customer Service (a friday) they apologised to you and made the warehouse people send a new one. Because it was a friday afternoon, we couldn't get it dispatched before the following Monday, as we also told you.
After this phone call you also sent an email, which is why, our Customer Service referred to the phone call.
Normally we always supply the adapter, but unfortunately because of a human mistake they forgot the adapter, which is indeed very unfortunate, and we are very sorry for this. We sent an adapter for you as soon you notified about this, so I am therefore sorry you rate our service as bad.
Nonetheless, I hope you will be satisfied with the wine fridge.

Good service
Good experience on the website - very easy to navigate and to filter data in order to find the best product.
Good communication with the team after the deal to agree on the delivery.
The wine fridge was well wrapped, and delivered 2 days after ordering.
The only minus is with the delivery company:
-They were supposed to call 1 hour before delivering and they did not.
- We live on the third floor of a building without elevator, and initially, they wanted to leave the wine fridge (50 kg) in the hallway on the ground floor. After discussion, they accepted to carry it until the 3rd floor.

Excellent all round
Well designed, functional product in sturdy and decorative oak. Am delighted with it. Delivery was fast, it was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. The levelling feet were a useful finishing touch. Would defiantly recommend this company and its products.

Wrong fee,delivery on homepage says 99:-, but on my invoice it says 129:-.
Not a huge difference but right has to be right!
But they fixed it after a couple of weeks so I got the right invoice.So now I can pay it! :-)

I was very sorry to discover the error on our webshop that stated two different shipping prices. I’m very glad that you made us aware of this. We corrected the error as quickly as possible after that.
Of course, you are entitled to the difference of 30 SEK, and I know that the refund process was finalized two weeks ago.
I spoke to our customer service department, and they told me that you throughout the process have been in contact with them a couple of times. Their perception is that they have been helpful with a quick and adequate reply every time. I hope, you have had the same perception.
