Cancelled an order due to inaccurate stock levels, and didn't bother to communicate at all
Wines & Spirits display their stock availability online, so made a purchase accordingly. The amount was debited from my credit card.
Three days pass and I have not received the goods as expected. Before I called to query, I noticed that the same amount was refunded to my card.
It appears that they had no stock at all, took payment, refunded (thankfully) but negated to even try and inform me of the cancelled order. If I had not called in, I doubt I would ever have known.
I might have been more accommodating in my criticism, had this not been for a Father's Day gift.
This is not the way to conduct a business.

Hi Graham, Thank you for your feedback. A notification is sent when the products are dispatched. Unfortunately, our supplier can't provide a tracking number, we are working with them so this is provided in the near future. Our delivery times are 2-3 days. I believe this is the case.

Be careful when ordering
Be careful when ordering, they will accept payment for goods but may let you know next day that they don't have it in stock.
I received email they refunded me because they didn't have stock ( clearly they had when I was placing the order )
After communicating with them they gave me 10% discount on all orders so they clearly know their business.
Just make sure you call prior ordering to make sure they have the stock.
