Outstanding Customer Service from the manager.
We saw an item of clothing we'd been looking for on their website. Since we live close by we called in. However the item couldn't be found. Wondering if they had a warehouse we spoke with the manager, they didn't. We assumed the item had been purchased online but the system hadn't updated. We left and were walking home when a car pulled up, it was the manager, they had found the item in store.( He'd checked CTV to see which way we were walking ) He even offered us a lift back to the store !! We declined and walked to the store instead.
Purchased the item and thanked staff, especially the manager who had gone out of his way
