Use AI to “enhance” images of listings. Be careful by enhance they mean completely changing the the structure and size of the home. What a waste of time.

One of the agents at this firm has abused a member of our team because she had taken one day's leave. He then decided to leave a review of the whole firm making serious allegations about our firm.
I am very shocked that Winkworths consider this an appropriate way to conduct their business. The individuals actions reflect poorly on Winkworths and bring into consideration how they are instructing their agents to behave.

Avoid this agency if you value your deposit. The end-of-tenancy process was is a nightmare. They submitted a fraudulent invoice as evidence in a TDS deposit dispute. I contacted the company named on the invoice directly and they confirmed in writing they had never attended the property and the invoice number belonged to a completely different property for a job dated 7 months ago. I reported them for fraud.

The check-in report was also poorly done and they trying to charge for things that were already in bad condition at check in or no documented.

Document absolutely everything yourself from day one. Do not rely on their inventory. Keep every receipt and every email. You will need it.

Property manger is inexperienced, unresponsive, possibly confused and disorganised, seemingly working entirely towards the interests of the landlord
