Complete scam

Complete scam, ordered a heavy duty looking zip up jacket that they had pictured. They never provided tracking. It's now been months and I just received a package with some spandex looking hoody that looks nothing like what I ordered. It looks like their site is now taken down winmargot.com, however I got screenshots of what I ordered from them. I was going to order a lot of other shirts, jackets etc from their site an decided to do a test purchase as well as test out the size first. I'm glad I did. I opened a claim with Paypal for the purchase and Winmargot or (MidodoInternationalTradingLimited) responded offering a 10% refund of $3.49 when my total purchase was $34.90. I rejected it and again asked for a full refund. Winmargot/MidodoInternationalTradingLimited requested the item be returned in order to get a refund now. Well shipping this back to China would likely cost just as much as the item itself... the kicker is that this company sent me a return address in Chinese to send it back. When I converted it to English the address they sent was completely fake (building 1, building 2, building 2, building 3, building 1 etc etc). I told Paypal the address appeared to be fake... so Paypal asks this company to provide a return label. A week later they don't provide a return label still and with my case about to expire I call Paypal again and tell them I never received a return label and told them to use google translate to convert the chinese to english and see the issue with attempting to ship the item back. The guy attempted to do this on the call and found that it was a fake address, they closed the case and awarded me my funds back.
