SCAM “CASINO”

SCAM “CASINO”
They will spam you relentlessly, offer you £3500 to sign up, and then steal any money you deposit. Part of an online scam criminal gang. Do not deposit any money with this fake, cloned “casino” - stick to sites which positive reviews and positive track records here on trustpilot

Dreadful customer service

Dreadful customer service. No response to email contact but still sending me promotional emails. I'd have given no star rating if that was an option.

Be careful or avoid.

I deposited 100€ on Blockchain

I deposited 100€ on Blockchain, and at first everything looked fine the money arrived in my wallet, and I could clearly see the transaction confirmed on the blockchain. But just a few minutes later, the funds were automatically sent to another wallet without my knowledge or permission. I immediately contacted support, thinking it might be some kind of mistake or technical issue.

However, the experience since then has been beyond frustrating. The person or company I sent the money to keeps insisting that they didn’t receive it, but the blockchain shows the transaction as completed and confirmed. There’s no doubt that the money reached them. Still, they keep pretending otherwise, wasting my time with endless emails and excuses.

And Blockchain’s customer support is absolutely awful. I’ve been passed from one person to another, each time being told that “the technical team is working on it.” It’s been over a week now, and nothing has changed no updates, no progress, no accountability. Every time I ask for real help, I just get generic replies that go nowhere. It honestly feels like they don’t even read my messages.

At this point, I’ve realized that I’m not getting my money back, and that’s a hard pill to swallow. But what makes it worse is how useless and unprofessional their support has been throughout this whole process. I’ve never dealt with a company that takes so little responsibility or shows so little care for its users.

I’m sharing this experience to warn others be very careful when using Blockchain. Their system might look reliable, but once something goes wrong, you’re completely on your own.
