Website functionality and design is not the best but they are extremely good at keeping delivery time promises. Real good prices and fast shipping.

Car parts category is my addiction, ive made orders all over the world (literally), win parts has the largest sortiments, compare two parts , same quality and same manufacturer on WinParts it’s cheaper , and delivery thats incomparable , they are located in neatherlands, im located in sweden , even when i order from sweden within the country i get it after a week , WINPARTS always 4 DAYS as Maximum,
I hope it stays like this .

Fast delivery and good quality products. Super low prices, everything went well only thing I wish for would be a message or mail that would have told me when the package had arrived, other then that like I described hole in one!

Long delivery time. Website promised two days. Parts missing when finally delivered. When came to speak about compensation the mail conversation goes dead.
Had to contact them several times to get the missing parts sent.
Horrible, AVOID!

Update: Promised eurobonus points which have not been credited despite contact.

I was a bit worried reading some of the negative comments, but my experience with WinParts was flawless. They had the best prices (aside from the expensive shipping) but they delivered as promised and products were as described. Would use them again,

So, have had them in mind for a while. Went to a couple of sites to compare prices and winparts was 10:- higher, but decided to give them a try, since when I went to pay, it said that the products were going to be delivered in max two days, no later than friday! So of course they did not arrive on friday, crap, they didnt even leave the warehouse till sunday and they use UPS ( which normally is pretty good, at least in the US ) so I get a text from UPS that they have picked up my order and that it will leave on monday. Well, the order did not get here till thursday WEEK AFTER and not after being home on that thursday and getting a text from UPS that they tried to deliver the products but nobody was home. Which was a huge lie, I was home all day, because I had a sick kid. So, lesson learned, never again. Total crap.

Ordered a luggage mat /car mat to my Huyndai Bayon,
The text said that it was exactly for my car but when it came it was much too big.
I didn’t see that until after 2 weeks, I was away and couldn’t test befire that since the delivery took longer time then promised.
When I emailed Winparts they only appologised with no action.
Have asked them to take away the text that says the mat is for a Huyndai Bayon but no action from them.

I'm not happy with the service. When I bought the item it said that it would come the day after. That was a lie. It came 2 days after and that made me miss a day of my vacation. It also came later than the expected delivery time.

The customer service isn't it much better, I contacted them regarding that issue and their answe was "well, yeah I said to my colleagues several times to change that thing on the website that says that the delivery is the day after, but it takes time to change". Very unprofessional.

Definetally cheaper than other websites but thinking that I lost 1 day of vacation because of their "fake fast delivery", it wasn't really worth.

The site was ok and price to. But they use UPS as delivery and they messed up real bad and deliver my package 4 days early then they should so some one stole the package because i was on vacation with family. So never again if the use UPS!

Very fast shipping and excellent delivery by UPS, good prices and i surely will shop there again.

Bought four spark plugs for my motorbike, website showed 2-3 days delivery time, but in real life they arrived after one week, so double as long than what was expected. Had plans to work on the bike during the weekend, but had to postpone them because of the delay.

Carton that plugs arrived inside had no cushioning material inside what so ever. ZERO. Contents where simply bouncing inside. Two plugs out of four where outside their packaging boxes already (package got crushed during transportation), and were hitting each other freely. Spark plugs are brittle item.
I bought expensive ones (Iridium), it was painful to look at the disregard for the customers items. Person that handled my order should really hate his job and the company he works at.
I have not installed the plugs on the bike yet, so hopefully they work. Got pictures of the package as an evidence, in case plugs will be defective when installed on the bike.
First time customer. Will I come back? Hardly, first impression was not a good one.
Please provide more realistic delivery times, I made this purchase solely based on estimated delivery time. There were places with cheaper item cost, but longer delivery.
Please improve your packaging routines. Adding small piece of bubble/paper wrap doesn't cost a fortune or take a long time, but it would have made significant difference to the state my package arrived at.
Update: plugs work as they should after installation. Still, they should have been packaged better to avoid unnecessary risks during transportation.

Fits perfectly and works very well.

BIG warning, was Advised to buy one sort of headlights for the car, More then 30 days after I found out that it is the wrong headlight. winparts sent me a Mail promising to make an exchange. But they changed their mind and said no to an exchange. Dont trust Winparts

Very fast delivery to Sweden and very good quality of the product. Good pricing aswell.

Delivery was promised next day and now, 2 weeks later, the package isn't arrived yet. The customerservice doesn't want to help us and is just telling us that they can give us our money back when the package has retourned.
