Quick but parts missing.
Goods came in pretty quickly, came as 3 separate parcels, I would of waited for 1 if everything was in, but I guess that's drop shipping for you. Frame had hardware missing so had to source parts to fit. Was happy with the quality of the frame and parts.

I purchased a BMX frame and parts kit…
I purchased a BMX frame and parts kit at good value and they were delivered very quickly.
The reason for knocking one star off is because the bubble wrap inside the parts kit was done poorly and unravelled during transit causing minor paint damage to bars forks cranks and wheels .
Also there was no master link/pin for the chain. I opted to keep as is because being a BMX it will get dropped plenty and I wanted to use a half link chain anyway.
I will definitely purchase from Winstanleys again

I’ve now been left on hold for over 40…
I’ve now been left on hold for over 40 minutes this is just ridiculous they’ve taken double the amount of the order after asking me if I wanted both payments taken out ï obviously replied saying no AND THEN THEY TOOK THE SECOND AMOUNT OUT would not recommend and I wish I had seen the reviews before using the company they clearly have no care for the bmx world and have no care for the riders who try to support there company
