I have dealt with these guys twice now. Both time professional and courteous. Staff are extremely helpful as one item was not a conventional wiper. Staff helped out greatly. Product is both affordable, durable. I would highly recommend this company.

Honestly if you want to save money on replacing your wipers! This is the your go to site. I saved $100 getting my BMW wipers here instead of the dealer & they are a perfect fit. No issues on quality!

Wiperpro sent the wrong item does not fit and I get it, sometime mistakes happen.
I contacted them and the replied straight away asked for photos that I supplied, then zero contact anymore.
I emailed about 10 times no replies at all.
Do not buy from these thieves.
Zero customer service.
They made the mistake not my ordering.
A terrible company with No customer service after it leaves them.
The reviews on their website seem fake as there are several positive reviews but NO WAY of leaving a review myself against them.
Im going to Fair Trading now, they are not getting away with this.
Please do yourself a favour if you have a warranty claim or wrong delivery from my experience you will not get any help from them what so ever ever.

Seems made out to be an Australian company, delivery took ages, relabled item and sent out again.
I suspect they are from China.

Cheap wipers from china, doesn't fit Australian cars. After sales support is horrible

We had postal issues which meant our item wasn’t delivered. I contacted WiperPro and James organised another set of wiper blades to be sent to us. We received them very quickly and we couldn’t be happier with the quality and ease of installation of the wiper blades. The best we have ever used.
