Wisebox wouldn't connect with wall switch.

I had a technical problem with a Wisebox I had installed a few years ago, my electrician was unable to solve it but he suggested I call the tech team at the London office. They answered promptly and the guy on the phone couldn't have been more helpful, he ran through test schedules with me, live over my phone, and when we didn't have success he said he would take my number and refer my problem to a technical colleague. An hour or so later he called me back we went through a different schedule, again over a live call, and the problem was solved. Thank you Wisecontrols for a brilliant service.
