My fourth year with an insurance here…

My fourth year with an insurance here and I have a good score however every single year my insurance keeps going up although the ad is saying if your score is good your insurance price will decrease

Do not bother with this insurance…

Do not bother with this insurance company. I cancelled a month and a half prior to my policy ending, and I get charged an astronomical amount. I set up a payment plan, and two months failed due to issues with my bank that I was trying to resolve. I made contact with them to reset it up, and suddenly it's sent to a debt collection agency even though I contacted them prior to this. The staff are beyond rude, told me they were going to launch an investigation into why I was charged so much when i had a month and a half left of my policy, and didn't even bother doing so. Absolutely ridiculous, and I'll never be back.

Claims difficult to make

The insurance itself is fine and my black box is great for my policy, however i had an accident and tried to claim (they outsource their claims department to winns solicitors) and was told i needed to give open access to all my bank accounts in order to go ahead with the claim which deterred me from completing the claim as i’ve never heard of this with any other claims department and make me uncomfortable. other than that it’s easy to make policy changes and the black box policy has been great for me.

This company is disgusting

This company is disgusting, hidden charges everywhere , cancelled my policy because there box broke my cars ecu and they charged me for the whole years cover , trust me , pay more else where , stay well clear

And their generic replies seem AI generated

Absolutely shocking company

Absolutely shocking company. Told them I had moved address and my price doubled. I moved 10 mins up the road. My blackbox apparently had problems so they decided to send me a cancellation threat letter if I didn’t sort the issue as if it was my issue that their blackbox wasn’t working? Had to ask to open a complaint 3 times before someone acknowledged me and gave me a reference. Then 1 day before my policy ended, they emailed to say that they were going to send out another blackbox. What’s the point? The renewal price for £130 per month was disgusting considering I found quotes as low as £40 per month elsewhere with the same benefits and no blackbox. They’ve ripped me off, sent me numerous cancellation threat letters for something out of my control and take about a million years to respond to emails. Wouldn’t recommend.

Being with them of two year first year…

Being with them of two year first year I was chash into report. Real quick deal with it got second car. With them being drive that one over year half come to do renew now informed is not update and blame me of they mis handle of information. Take care with them
