Lacking in business skills
Well, I rented a mole to burrow under my driveway to run some wiring. Now most of these rental companies have everything you need. Oh, not Ditchwitch! There was no launcher offered(which you do need to control the mole going forward and not coming back on you). They also do not rent the compressor that you need to run this tool. No refund will be issued. If the tool does not do the job described that they issued incomplete (no launcher). Best of luck is how their policy should read. Whole day wasted on their incompetence and chasing down a pull behind compressor. So Witch Equipment just keep the $200+ if you need it that bad. I would rather go to Sunbelt Rentals. Who actually had everything I needed to make this a succesfull job. Wow! Glad I could keep y'all in the black with my meager money.
