The booking system for this surgery is appalling - you have to call for an appointment and then when get a message confirming the booking it prompts you to a time and again the form cannot be completed online. When I complained the receptionist - Linda - just curtly replied ‘it’s not my fault it’s the system my love ‘ ‘ I can’t do anything!! ‘ Well can someone in the surgery - manager - look at the problems and anxiety this booking system creates to patients. Not user friendly at all and it diminishes the medical care that is offered

This is without a doubt the worst Dr Practice in England. Since Covid it’s been made difficult to get an appointment, & in recent months they’ve opted for a triage service which now makes it near impossible to get appointments. Most of the staff are rude & unhelpful. The reason I’ve given one star is because there isn’t an option to leave zero stars.
