Wish I could have no stars, biggest piece of garbage of a product, will never buy these lights again of any kind, sick and tired of paying money for a product that you have to spend 40 hours a week to make it work, throwing all 6 lights in the garbage, bought a timer plug in program it to a lamp and done, product was a waste of money
The worst online support I have ever experienced
Lights seemed ok first few months. Then just stopped working. App support is truly awful.
Took over an hour to get through identifying my account. Then support rep just stopped talking. After an hour, they messaged me to ask if I was still there after I asked three times if they were still online???
Absolutely the worst Customer sevice I’ve ever experienced. I don’t know what the Customer sevice was doing, but they engaged me with me twice. An hour between messages.
I do not recommend this company. Do not buy their equipment!
An entire system just dissappeared
The bulbs disconnected around three months after having been setup, wouldn't reconnect, wouldn't factory reset and then the app setup disappeared altogether

Worst Experience Ever
I had an entire system. Then I changed my internet provider and bought a new modem, but nothing worked anymore.
I tried for over 10 hours with support, but they gave up and said the IP change prevented my system from connecting.
So I had to throw away eight lights—they were no longer usable. But the worst part was that I didn't get a refund.
It was the ultimate frustration, and I'll never use WIZ again. The connection with the lights was poor anyway.
The Most Frustrating Experience
The Most Frustrating Experience.
Bought 14 Halo 4" Recessed WiZConnected Lights. 3 in one room, 6, 4, and 1 in others rooms.
Install was Simple, Setup was Simple, works perfectly as described.
Now I want to use 'SpaceSense' to detect Motion.... That's when my problems started. It just doesn't work. I tried over 100 different scenarios of options, well over 20+ emails to support, got suggestions on how to make it work, but same suggestions over and over with the same negative results.
What? OMG! Now everything works perfectly! I'm telling you, I tried every which way to get SpaceSense to work with no results, but suddenly like magic everything clicked!
I have to say, Support never gave up (good thing), but still, no one was able to pinpoint the problem (neither did I), At this point, I don't care since it works GREAT now.
Sorry about the 2 Star rating, 2 Stars is based on the frustration I experienced and complications with 'SpaceSense'. I would give a 5 Star if it was based on Install, Connectivity, Setup, App.
If you don't need to use SpaceSense, they are the best lights to buy.

This is one of the worst products of all time
This is one of the worst products and app integrations I have ever used. Maddening. If you have a system of multiple recessed lights, as I do, it will take HOURS to get setup. The stupidity of the app design, the poor implementation of features, the terrible user interface. This is hall of fame of bad product material.
Don't buy. It doesn't work.

Absurdly over-complicated, even when it works and my light bulb will no longer connect. Rubbish.
Rubbish connection
Rubbish connection, real fuss to set up, I want the smart lighting features, colours cool whites and warm whites. But jeez! Save yourself time, either save the extra buck and go with Hue or save money and pick the kelvins you want

Amazing customer service. Had an issue with connecting the lights and was back and forth with them! Eventually all sorted but constantly supported by the CS team I genuinely can’t fault them and the lights are gorgeous

Don't buy this product.
I don't recommend buying this product if you plan to connect it to your phone. I've tried using it with both an iPhone and an Android, but unfortunately, it didn't work with either. The company's app is also not very good. I tried reaching out for help multiple times, but they were unable to provide any support.
They just don't connect!
We bought a TV from Currys and were given 2 free Wiz smart plugs for free. They were also selling 2 for €20 so I bought an extra 2.
Now I know why thet are giving them away. They don't work! Unable to connect even though I have a strong wifi connection.
Looking at the trouble shooting guide I need to change my wifi settings to 2.4g and not use the 5g that is the default setting.
Sorry but I'm not going to mess about with my wifi settings to accommodate your product.
I'll be taking the 2 I paid for back for a refund and giving the 2 free ones away to the charity shop.

Poor after sales experience and do not honour warranty claim
Nice bulbs when they work. Bought smart bulbs 1 year ago that stopped within warranty. Contacted company via email who replied in a reasonable timeframe but then made me do endless testing of the bulbs, my router and insisted I try to connect with 2 different phones. Really frustrating and they won, I gave up and bought bulbs from a different company.

Top lads the lads at wiz. Did some research to find out what the optimum lighting for watching TV was, which was good of them.
Banging bit of kit. 12/10.
Unable to connect and no helpline for support
I bought 5 of their smart bulbs and 3 plugs and I can't get any of them connected. I have tried everything by following their instructions, downloading the new app, trying manual pairing and even getting an expert in who couldn't work out how to do it either. Their on line support just takes you around in circles and there doesn't seem to be a telephone number for help or support either. As most of the other 1 star reports say, ( I can only find 1 star reports as everybody else seems to be having problems as well ) don't waste your money.
