I had to exchange my coat for a larger size. Customer service was very responsive and explained the return process fully. There was lots of communication and the woman I was dealing with was extremely helpful and friendly. She even checked to see when my order was processed and let me know that it was on its way. Great customer service!

WJacket says it has easy returns but BS. You have to take pictures of the items you just received and wait for approval to return. They give you an address in Italy for customers in North America when their customer phone line is in New York. They have an office in Jamaica, New York. Customers have to pay for return shipment to Italy that is more than the cost of the return. What is up with that??? What is up with their distribution and returns? WJacket doesn't return calls or answer emails once they give the Italy return address. UPS asks for a person contact but WJacket will not provide it. Not happy with customer service!! I am calling this out on Youtube and Facebook!!!

I ordered a powder blue jacket but received the wrong colour. I asked for details on how to return it for an exchange and was told I would need to send photos of the item. I did this and was provided with a return address in Italy but I had to pay the $45 postage. When I complained about this I was told I could only get an exchange for 100% of the original item if I wrote a positive review! And my conscience won’t allow me to do that. So please be warned that if they stuff up your order then you are basically screwed unless you are willing to
lie about their mistake.

I haven’t purchased yet but confused about sizing. I’m an Aussie size 18 but according to sizing chart I need 3XL which equates to Au 28-30. Ladies should I buy according to size chart or my normal size. Please help

Size, colour and fit are perfect.
Living in windy Perth and enduring one of our hottest summers, I'm looking forward to winter months to enjoy wearing my beautiful coat.

I bought my first jacket and it took forever to get here (I am in Australia) but the quality was superb for the price. I was so impressed that I ordered another one in a different style with a top zippered pocket which I thought would be great to just put my phone and $20 note in if I went for a walk. This one took only days to get here (?) but the pocket is just for show and although the zip works there is no pocket!! I can sew so I will make a pocket and sew it in but I am disappointed as the coat is not as I thought. Will not be returning as there are several horror stories about returns. Such a shame as the coats are well-made.

I ordered the striped Black carbon jacket. It is well made and very stylish. It has beautiful stripe detail on cuffs and hood. Shipping was speedy and when I opened the package I was very impressed with the quality of this jacket. I am an Australian size 8-10 and ordered a medium which fits well, leaving plenty of room for warm clothes underneath.

Absolutely a nightmare. Supplier sent wrong size. Tried to return but it's endless e-mails to and from a person named "Millie". Each request for a return address is met with further requests from Millie. Before I ordered this coat, I checked the website and it said it was in the US. Upon deliver, the package indicated an address from China. Total scammers.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY MISREPRESENT THEMSELVES.

The coat is pretty but is at least 2 sizes too small. While the website says 2-8 business days for shipping in the US, it took almost a month and that was after I emailed "Millie" to ask where it was. When I asked about returning, I had to take pictures of the item AND the packaging before they would give me directions on how to return. Then, I'm supposed to return it to Italy even though it came from a US address AND I'm supposed to send them the tracking number. Why do I have to return it to Italy when the website says the company is based in New York and the package came from California? What a mess!

The Wjacket is exactly what I was after for my upcoming trip to Europe. It’s beautifully made, light weight but warm and a great array of colours. While I have had issues with sizing, Millie has provided outstanding customer service to accommodate refunds and exchanges.

The jacket arrived in a timely fashion, in perfect condition and was well made and lovely. Sadly, it did not fit me very well and i had to contact customer service. I cannot say enough about their customer service representative, Millie, who was incredibly responsive and helpful. I was sad that this beautiful, well made jacket was not the right fit for me yet, i couldn’t have asked for better assistance with the return and refund. I highly recommend WJacket for their excellent products and incredibly responsive customer service.

I put 5 stars in the hope and trust of a positive experience. I have not purchased a jacket yet, but want to.
I am reading reviews on Trustpilot stating good quality but some sizing problems. Can previous purchasers in Australia who are size 14 please let me know what size I should buy. Sizing info. says M is 12 to 14 and L is 16 to 18. For me, I would be thinking maybe 14 to 16 so size M may be too small, but L reads too big, and I am not confident with the measurements from the feedback I read. Grateful for information which will no doubt help others too, so thanks in advance.

Great quality and fast service. As long as you're aware of smaller sizing, then should be a great buy!

Received my jacket today. Love the colour and quality looks good. Unfortunately it is too small. Sizing is clearly an issue. Sold it to my sister and now on the hunt for another jacket. Will not purchase from here again as I cannot trust the size information & it is expensive to return from. Australia.

Jacket is exactly as described - great fit, flattering style. Made in Italy.

I read reviews about sizing being too small. I emailed the company to check on sizing. They replied promptly. I wanted size 22AU & ordered 3XL, thinking it could be taken in. What arrived is just under a size 20. Nothing like their sizing chart. It costs an obscene amount to return as address is in Italy. Prices are in USD NOT AU so jacket is closer to $130 rather than the $79. advertised. Damn expensive mistake. AND the company had the nerve to dispute this review twice having it taken down. First by saying I hadn't purchased. I've had to provide proof of purchase for the review to go back up. Second time saying content was defamatory. Its been reviewed by Trustpilot and back up again. If I could give -10, I would.
If this company put the same effort into genuine customer service that they have trying to silence my truthful opinion and experience, then maybe their rating would be better.

This company is great to deal with .
They are fast and reliable to deal with which is unusual in this day and age .
They were more than happy to help me with my return .
I recommend this company to anyone .

I recently moved from Sydney, Australia to Ballarat (Victoria, Australia) and bought the red jacket. I absolutely LOVE IT. Not only is it great for the purposes mentioned, but the pockets are deep and practical - I don't need to carry a bag - and I have gotten compliments on the street for how stylish it looks. On the really cold days, I pair it with a black scarf and black boots, rainy days, add black gum boots and it's such a stylish outfit. It's also easy to wash in the washing machine. I loved the jacket so much I just ordered the pink version and am awaiting its arrival!
