it is the worst ever courier company …

it is the worst ever courier company ever I have came across. I have ordered some item from Sports direct UK. the last tracking I can see is on 1st august in which it says my parcel is in transit. it is 11th August and I have not received my parcel. I can to track it any further. looks like it has ben lost and I have lost my money too. Will never buy anything from sport direct and will not suggest anyone to use Sports direct or WN direct either.
sports direct is also not replying my any queries. I feel completely cheated. worst experience of my life. I have lost my money. people be aware of these cheaters. I would prefer to give some minus stars if there was an option.
