This company is a sham. I ordered an expensive eagle hoodie and a tshirt in an XL these items would fit someone whom is small. I contacted the company and they said they sent the right size. The tag said XL but the size is a medium small at best. They sent me a reply stating ”it is known that sometimes size charts differs from clothes to clothes. Do not buy from this company.

Ordered a hooded jacket from this company, the jacket arrived roughly around the time they said it would, the jacket quality was good however the sizing left a lot to be desired. I ordered a size 5XL to allow for a bit of size variation however I didn't expect such a large variation, the jacket would be lucky to fit a small man. I sent an Email to the company expressing my disappointment, sent them photo's of their jacket compared to my 5 XL jacket highlighting the size variation and the reply I received was, "Have you checked the size chart before you ordered it?
If so, the size should be okay.
Or did we send the wrong size to you?". They immediately placed the blame for the problem squarely back on me. YES I AM TO BLAME FOR THE INCONSISTANCIES IN THEIR CLOTHING SIZES BECAUSE I WAS STUPID ENOUGH ORDER SOMETHING FROM THIS COMPANY IN THE FIRS PLACE. I'll chalk this one up to experience, donate the jacket to a charity and never buy anything from Wmmart again.
My advice to other people thinking of buying something from this company is DON'T!!!!!!!!

Avoid! They take the money immediately, wait weeks to send your order and then when it arrives the real trouble begins. Horrendous! Items are NOT AS DESCRIBED. Men's extra large more like a small child's. The material was advertised as cotton. Some hideous plastic mesh. Try to contact through chat, they just give you a non existent email address. When you tell them that, they give you the same non existent email address. Never again.

Yes , it's one of the companies on the internet that pretends to be from the US or Europe but in fact are based in China.
Well, learnt my costly lesson that i should stick to well known companies to purchase from on the internet.
I bought 4 sweatshirts and on the website it stated they were 100% cotton.
Well, unless in China they breed sheep with polyester well or some such that's what i got.
No care label inside. Print was just of that rubberised variety that will come off in the wash.
It felt like if you used a bathroom sponge to make it with and it felt uncomfortable to wear.
I contacted them. I got prompt responses but from the numerous emails never once did they state it was cotton , when i kept asking, which is definitely is not.
I put in a resolution request at paypal .
I got various emails with refunds from 10 to40% refund of the cost or that i send them back, at my expense ,for a refund of the items ,less than the shipping cost.
I sent photos but to know avail.
Paypal found in their favour, so dont expect buyer protection from them.
I finally gave up and they wanted me to send a screen shot of the case closure until they would refund.
So, i would advise DONT BUY from this company.

If there was an option for no stars that is exactly what I would give. Do not order from here unless you order a year in advance they do not give you the real dates and the day I am meant to receive my order it still hasn’t even reached the UK! The support team do not help you at all in-fact you probably know more than them. This service is unreliable and I am unsure if I will actually receive my items

Firstly my order took double to length to arrive, when it did arrive my two hoodies which I ordered were fakes and I wasn’t not happy with the product. I wanted a refund and they offered me 5%. I said I would like to send them back and get a full refund, so I did. They then turned around to me and say that their first time shipping fees will be deducted from the refund, which is not highlighted anywhere on the returns policy and I have profusely argued against it, but they do not even acknowledge anything I say.

I sent my order back tracked and signed for, it was delivered 5 weeks ago and I have proof, yet they claim they haven’t received it. Still have not received any refund, and they never reply to any email appropriately.

Avoid at all costs, this company is just a complete scam and has been nothing but trouble throughout the whole process.

I have ordered my wife cloth but it never received and nor I am following up with them but they said over responsibility is until the China after we don’t have any control for the delivery,,, and I lost my $65AUD. Please stay away from Wmmart

I have ordered a hoodie for a gift. Was led to believe it is a US company but it is China based. It is well past the due date now and i have lodged a refund claim with Paypal for goods not recieved. I am being inundated with requests from Wmmart to cancel the claim and being offered discounts instead for something that never arrived. Dodgy business ... Never again.

I ordered a pair of trousers from this company, not realising that it is a Chinese Company. The name of the company is similar to that of Walmart and you are led to believe that they are a USA company. The trousers are cheap and nasty and are not even made of cotton like they advertise and they are supposed to be 3XL or 44 waist. They are not. They may fit an Umpalumpa only. I went through their returns policy and they initially withhold their return address and instead send numerous pointless delaying emails and completely ignore your consumer rights. They then try and barter you down to avoid 100% refund and eventually give you an address that makes no sense whatsoever as there are 3 different locations in China and they tell you that they will deduct all postage from your refund. DRAMA AVOID

So I ordered a hoodie from this website, it came relatively quick but the size was way to small, it was absolutely tiny it looked like a child’s hoodie. Then when I requested a refund if I returned it they said they would give me 10% back if I kept it, why would I want to keep a hoodie that it far to small for me!? I then asked if I could get a full refund and they said they will give me 15% back if I kept it. In the end I did not get a full refund as they refused to give me one and I only got 40% of my money back and a useless too small hoodie. Would definitely NOT shop there again

Goods supplied were several sizes smaller than size requested.
Zero customer service.
Do not buy from this Communist business.

I ordered a chiffon skirt. It arrived a month later. It was very poor quality - there was stitching missing and the skirt was actually coming away from the waistband rendering the garment unwearable. When I complained to the company and said I wanted a refund - I've had nothing but difficulty. They will not give me a full refund and have offered various amounts from 5% -25% if I keep the useless garment or I have to pay to send it back to China. They even said they would send a replacement which I don't want given the poor quality of the garment I have. I only ordered from this website because I thought it was American. So buy at your own peril - you may end up out of pocket with a useless garment you can't wear.

Please do not order here.wated weeks for cheap material.my hi viz jumper is a dull green with a pocket hanging off.after emailing them they said it was my contrast in my phone making the jumper look a different colour.apsolute shambles of a company.avoid if ya want the right product

I ordered a pair of overalls from this company and it took weeks to receive the overalls. The overalls didn't have clips to fasten the straps and were of poor quality. Beware of this company they say the company is in the US, but they are in China. The bottom line don't order from this company because of poor quality, slow shipping, and using a name that makes one think you are ordering from Walmart----they use the name Wmmart

First time customer and was refunded what i ordered like if u don't have something than it shouldn't have ben listed in stock. My card charges me per transaction do even refunded i lost money. Will not bother shopping. Here again konda pointless if u ask me.

My dress arrived and is good quality and the size I ordered. Delivery to Australia was a bit slow, though overall very happy with the product

Just recieved my order from these ordered large the measurements stating they were 108 cm in length but they are only 89 cm they refuse to acknowledge i have been sent the wrong ones because the label says L please don't order from them they are also not from USA as they imply but China

I came across this company on a google search as I wanted a decent gym shirt now they are back open. The website said they were based in the USA and even had a USA address. I have purchased from America before and it was Quality so ordered.
Then two month later received a cheap Chinese shirt that looked nothing like the one I ordered no problem I thought they have a returns section on the site. That did not work so i opened a PayPal dispute and was first offered 5% then 10% and to keep this very expensive ( cheap ) Chinese knock off. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE DUPING CUSTOMERS BY POSING AS A QUALITY USA CLOTHING SUPPLIER BUT IN FACT ARE SELLING CHEAP ITEMS FROM CHINA.

I can't stress this enough - Do not buy from this company. They clearly had no intention of fulfilling my order and after 4 months of emails where they continually told me to wait (one star because they at least answered emails, however empty the promises were) I requested a refund which they only agreed to if they deducted £9 for a (non existent) delivery charge...and then didn't bother refunding me anyway. Fortunately I was only conned out of a small amount of money (<£20) but let this be a lesson...AVOID.

My husband recently ordered a shirt from Wmmart and what we got is was awful.
Cheapest material, terrible quality.
When I sent an email to customer service to return the shirt they asked why I wanted to return it. I told them because we’re not satisfied with the quality they told me they don’t accept returns for this issue.

Basically Wnmart stole our money.
Please stay away from this cheap business, invest your money somewhere else.
DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM Wmmart The quality is a joke!!
