Cannot give a lower mark - wish I could. STEER CLEAR. Items are rubbish, poorly made and sized. When you complain they simply offer you a small discount to keep the item. They are too stupid to realise that if something is not the size you ordered ten it is no use however cheap they make it. AVOID

F@cking scammers!!! Ordered two hoodies they arrived late, terrible quality, sizes were too small so went to send them back and they said we weren’t allowed bec it’s our fault. After disagreeing with them they then decided that they were wrong and would like to compensate 5% which off a £30 order is £1.50, but said we still aren’t allowed to send them back and get all our money back!!!

Order never arrived. They send you tracking number which has been created BUT USPS is awaiting package for over two weeks now. It was never mailed out! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

this product is terrible. i bought a patagonia jumper for $38 and it said that it would arrive in 2-6 business days. 2 weeks later i emailed them asking where the hell was it and the email was declined twice. i then asked where it was on a live chat on the website and they said sure to coronavirus it could take up to 6 weeks. this was bulls**t and when i finally got it the material was foam and after the first wash it was all disintegrated and unwearable. don’t even think about buying anything if here it is fake and a scam.

Terrible experience with this company. I ordered an adult L and received a child L. I asked if I could exchange the shirt and was told that the shirt I received was the accurate size. Here is the return policy per the website:

Unfortunately I'm just getting the runaround. When I emphatically pointed out that I'm not even trying to return, rather to exchange, then I was told I would need to pay for the return fee and the new shipping fee. HORRIBLE COMPANY

I hate this company I lost hundreds of dollars they take ur money but they don’t send u anything I’m talking with the BBB on what to do next

This is a CRAP company. I ordered a dress in June, they insist it’s been delivered. I’ve been tracking it, tried emailing customer service, which is fake address. No phone number. I’ve requested a return and refund, again they say it’s been delivered. NO IT WASNT. Don’t waist your money or your time. ( note, I never write reviews, but this company pissed me off. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎💙😡🤬

Stay away from this company. I ordered an item which was incorrectly described. It was much smaller than the dimensions in the size chart and the quality is poor. It is clearly a fake. The company is refusing to refund my money unless I pay the return postage. Wish I’d read the reviews first. I am now in the process of raising a legal case against them ...

Ordered a item from this sight three weeks ago and its still processing.. But they did process my payment.. Tried contacting them and got no response.. Scam!

SCAMMERS! Not even worth 1 star. I regret not reading reviews first. Didn’t realise it’s from Japan. Ordered on 1/8/2020. Live chat on 8th, said they posted it but can’t give tracking #. Live chat again on 14th, said there’s a hold up with the shipping. They are liars. Still no delivery! Who can we report them to? Trading standards or ombudsman?

Ordered 2 pairs of workout pants with express shipping over 2 weeks ago. Emailed customer service asking about the order, they said shipping was backed up an refused to refund my express shipping. I asked for a full refund and to keep the pants and they still haven't replied.

Really wish I’d checked these reviews before ordering! I was excited about the hoodie I’d ordered, then as someone has said below when it arrived it was a horrible almost swimwear type material!

I checked t&c’s which said I could return it if I wasn’t happy. When I checked with the company they said they didn’t take returns unless they’d sent the wrong thing. I sent them a screenshot of their own terms and conditions then a few days later they responded to say that if I paid return shipping they would refund me 5%?!?!! (About 75p I think or less once I’d shipped it!). They now seem to be trying to negotiate as they have gone to 10% (again why would I pay the return shipping if I was only getting a small fraction of the money back).

I am tempted to look into reporting them to some form of trading standards but maybe they’ll just return with a different name!

####scam alert### I’d give zero if I could, scammers this company is. Stay well clear I wish had read the reviews before hand. Item not arrived , they lie and say you get express delivery . You deffo don’t. When you contact them for refund they offer you discount . If you don’t take it and still proceed with refund. They will come back and say sorry can’t cancel or refund your money is frozen . Seriously don’t lie to me . Stay clear biggest scammers going .

Worst customer service ever!

I bought a hoodie that my daughter wanted in 7/29 for her birthday and today is 8/11, they have not shipped it out yet. When confronting the sales rep through chat, they had very little to say and just said to wait longer. Once I expressed that it was for a bday and needed by the weekend AND if not I would need a full refund, their response was “ok”. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Appalling quality
The hoodie turned up terribly made, and of some nasty cheap synthetic type material that couldn’t be far off plastic.
I had to threaten these people with reporting them to Australian standards commission before they agreed to honour the refund - less their postage cost of $10 to get that rubbish over here. Plus the return postage. Wasn’t even worth shipping back for a partial refund

Ordered a top from this site .It took four weeks to arrive. Poor quality,cheap material. Definitely a Poor copy of the advertised picture and not as described. I am now trying to get a refund but after reading the reviews not holding out much hope ....Do not buy from this site !!!!

I order something on April 25th it's August 8th I'm still waiting for it this is absolutely the worst company in the world to deal with stay far away from them.

I should have checked this site before ordering. Placed an order on July 22 for express post to arrive on July 25. Got an email in August saying their postage company was slow. Refused to refund the cost of express post. Absolute garbage company. DO NOT USE

Wmmart is by far the worst online site i have purchased from. Sadly I purchased a hoodie for a total of 28.84 very stupidly without learning more about the site itself. This purchase happened less than 40 minutes ago and after reading reviews I found that the quality of the merchandise is poor and almost never arrives on time. I did attempt to cancel the order but I couldn't find an option to do so . Can someone let me know if there is any way to do this or should I file a dispute come Monday?

I’ve ordered two tshirts on July 6th, today is august 7th and still didn’t receive anything and also their customer service sucks, do not buy stuff from here
