Very good quality

I was researching various products, and I came across an editor who was doing the same research, and this product immediately caught my eye. I immediately examined it and decided it would be perfect for my newly renovated kitchen. The high-quality faucet and lever gave my kitchen a rich look. It's also very easy to use. I no longer need a kettle. The drinking water tastes great. It's one of the best pieces in my new kitchen so far.

Really disappointed.

The tap itself is lovely and really looks great but that's where the positivity ends.
They sent me the product - without a plug, so no way of turning it on. I emailed them & they said they will send me out a new one (annoying when you go to fit something and cant)a half hearted apology, nothing great. We then go to fit the tap, and there is another part missing, so we can't attach the water pipe to the tank. I emailed them twice, no response. I have just had a notification that something is being sent to me, but they haven't called or emailed me back to offer an apology or explanation as to what has happened. My gut instinct is telling me they have sent me a re-conditioned unit or refunded unit from another customer. As how can 2 major parts be missing and they offer no explanation? If service recovery had been brilliant this would have been a different message, but complete lack of contact or communication has left me feeling very unhappy.

Excellent customer service

My sister has been extremely pleased with her Wodar tap, but recently encountered an issue. I contacted Wodar on her behalf and have been delighted with their response. It is very rare these days to encounter a customer service representative who is so understanding and sympathetic to a situation and can resolve the issue with speed and compassion.

I cannot praise their reaction more highly and would recommend this company to anyone considering the purchase of this type of tap.

I thank them again for their service.

Very disappointing consumer experience…

Very disappointing consumer experience with Wodar.
Purchased a 4-in-1 tap. Good points (reason this is a 2-star instead of a 1-star and to be completely fair) easy to order, quick delivery, aesthetically great, and the digital temperature display on the boiler is a good feature.
However, we experienced the same issue as some have said here with the tap dripping. I would describe this as more of a pour than a drip. We went round in circles with their customer service department for around 6-weeks. There is apparently a 'technical department' but I have doubts this exists. Either way, the level of aftersales support, customer service and technical advice was utterly appalling. I can only describe it as closer to a Fawlty Towers sketch than anything resembling support.
Eventually after retrofitting a drain valve which diverted boiling water into the waste, we came to the conclusion that they had no idea what was happening and that we were just being fobbed off. We eventually gave up and returned the unit.
After being told refunds take 24-48 hours, we received radio silence for over a week and had to put a charge back through with our card provider. Oddly enough, they refunded it straight away then, before of course sending us the normal nonsensical excuses and blaming the delay on our card provider (at the same time us sending us proof that the refund hadn't been processed).
It's a real shame as the tap looked lovely and there are some good design features on the boiler.
We've ended up out of pocket as we've had to pay a second installation fee, and we are getting advice on how best to recover this cost from Wodar.

Hi Dan, thank you for your feedback. As we have tried to explain on the email, as you are aware this is an open vented non pressurised tank system. This means they are more cost effective and safer than a pressurised system, however they cannot deliver 100+ degrees inside the tank, the water sits at 98 inside the tank.

The tank also drops into energy saving to 96 where not in use and re-heats throughout the day. During the re-heating process, if the water pressure is lower than 3 bar, small droplets can remain in the silicone tube and are pushed back out of the tap. The lower the pressure, the more water can drip out.

We required a pressure reading in order to determine this issue. The refunds take 7-14 days inline with our T&C's but we do try push them through quicker. Once again, we are sorry you are not happy with your system. We would consider looking at a pressurised tank system when the water pressure is low.

Customer Service is excellent

The reason this is not a 5-star review is that I have had numerous issues with my taps. However, customer service is all about service recovery. At every point that I have been in contact with Jonny, he has been responsive and aimed to solve my problem...to the point that he sorted out an upgraded replacement for us. Thank you, Jonny. Just sorry that I had so many issues, but you and Wodar have been really great at responding and ensuring that you have a happy customer at the end of the day.

Misleading delivery times

This review is based on their customer service and the delivery timeline.

Purchase before 3pm and get next day delivery!!!! Is sadly a fairy tale. I ordered a tap and sink equating to £1000 near as dam it so I expected to be dealing with an efficient company but sadly this has not been the case.
September 30th September I placed my order and hadn't heard anything apart from order confirmation until I emailed them on the 7th October and later that day I received an email back saying the order had been dispatched so I thought that was that but sadly that was not the case because only the tap came the next day, so I sent another email on the 8th October asking when the sink was being delivered!! They replied on the 9th October morning and said they were looking into it but I still haven't heard anything back and today is the 10th.

I'm pretty sure the sink will turn up at some point ,but the fact the company is misleading customers on delivery schedules is scandalous!!!
Looking at other reviews this is happening a lot!!! I would suggest Mr/Mrs Wodar book their ideas up and start either meeting thier promises or start being honest with time scale.

I dread to think if the product is faulty, I already have zero faith in this company.

Outstanding customer service

Really great experience with Wodar and Jonny in their customer service department. Had an issue with the product entirely of my own making, and they went above and beyond to get it sorted. Product itself is also great quality. Recommend this company highly.

I ordered the 4-in-1 stainless steel…

I ordered the 4-in-1 stainless steel boiling tap. It was delivered the next day, which was fantastic, and my plumber installed it without any issues. It's a great tap, well priced compared to other taps, and I love it! I've been offering cups of tea constantly just to use it! The cold filter water is also a bonus for my kids! Highly recommend.

Poor experience

Really poor experience with Wodar unfortunately. I ordered a hot tap that was advertised as available for next day delivery but I received no shipping confirmation for a few days. I emailed Wodar thinking something had gone wrong with the order. I got no reply and had to chase until I eventually got a message back saying the item was currently out of stock and would be dispatched in a few days. This immediately wasn’t a great first impression. When the tap did arrive it was packaged pretty haphazardly and there was a chip in the tap handle. I emailed the customer service team asking about a replacement or a refund and was instead told a spare part would be sent to me. I think this should have been offered as an option rather than the solution but it was done without my confirmation that this was my preferred option. When the spare tap handle arrived it was a different colour and style to the original tap which meant another message to customer service to organise a refund. Wodar did then arrange a DPD collection which was good, but it has now been 2 weeks since the item was returned, they haven’t confirmed receipt of the faulty item and I have chased twice for an update on the refund. The lack of communication from start to finish has been frustrating, especially for a company selling £500 products, I would expect a better level of customer service and transparency. The tap was nice despite being broken, but unfortunately the service was a let down so I wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t purchase from them again.

If you're expecting a refund.. don't!

We ordered a boiling tap from the company Wodar Ltd on 04/07/25, we later discovered the tap would not fit our kitchen due to the design of the handles hitting our windowsill. I contacted the company on 22/08 advising although the product was outside of the return window could we complete an exchange, as we had seen an alternative tap that would work. Their colleague Jonny bluntly confirmed to just 'complete the returns policy', and we would need to re-purchase the required tap we needed as opposed to an exchange. Given our tight deadline we were fine with this and they arranged for collection of the item & delivery of the new tap via DPD on 26/08/25. (On a side note, the new tap arrived broken, and then this was subsequently out of stock - so at this point we were circa £1k down, and no working tap with no confirmation of when this would be back in-stock...) finally a working tap arrived - However we have yet to receive a refund, or any confirmation from their team since returning the initial tap 4 weeks ago. I have been regularly emailing for an update but yet to hear anything back. The company does not have a phoneline and therefore email is the only way of contacting them. So much for your policy confirming you'll receive a refund within 10-14 days!

Company to avoid

The tap was not what we required, so we had to return it. Replies from the company are one line sentences, and the rreturn process takes days, so we are still stuck with the wrong tap which is not cheap. Not the best company to do business with and I would avoid. There are much better options out there.
