The quality is great and the fabric is beautiful. I give this skirt a poor rating because of the fit. The proportions were just off for me. I wear a 27” waist, so the size chart recommended a size small. The waist fit comfortably but the rest of the skirt was gigantic. There was so much fabric I felt like I was wearing a parachute. And the skirt was so long. I am 5’6” and the skirt was down to the floor. The fit was not flattering.
