Ordered a football for a birthday gift. It arrived nearly two weeks later in a poorly packaged bag (surprised it was not punctured!) and when opened, it was dirty and marked up. The shipping fees were ridiculously high, so I am not sure why it took a week to despatch and another week to arrive. This is the second time I have bought something from them with great disappointment to quality and arrival time. Will not be purchasing anything from them again.

Ordered a tshirt and added a birthday card as an after thought. £5 delivery charge which i thought for a tshirt and card was a bit pricey. When they emailed me saying the shirt was out of stock I immediately cancelled the order as i didnt want to pay £5 del for a birthday card, they said i couldnt cancel as it had already been dispatched, even though i cancelled by email before they sent the dispatch email to me. I refused the card when it was delivered and it was returned to them. They have refunded me the tshirt and card but think its ok to keep the £5 delivery charge. Do not order from this website they just like to mislead their customers with false stock availability and then con them out of delivery charges. Will never use this site again.
