I bought a couple of phones over the last 3 years from Wanda and I find the service second to none

I have to say that it was not easy to order and pre-paid phone from that far a way location. But everything was so fast and professional, they did a great job.

First time using Wondamobile to buy my Vivo X100 Ultra. Couldn't be happier. They delivered the phone within 5 days, even though it said 12 on the site. Everything was handled fine and quickly and you get 4% discount if you may by bank transfer. I can recommend them for sure and will be using them again in the future.

Wonda has an easy to use site, very detailed information of products, in my case the vivo x100 ultra, got to the UK 3 days after purchasing, amazing service is an understatement, will be buying all my phones from wonda in the future.....thank you wonda for a great service

I think everything was great except for the return policy. It's so stingy I'll have to deduct 3 stars.
You only get 7 days to return something and you're not allowed to be missing even 1 piece of cardboard that costs them 1 cent to replace. Won't be shopping here again.

Ordered an s24 with snapdragon 1st August and it arrived 5th August, paid extra for fast delivery. This is how to run a successful company, give the customer what he wants and deliver it on time. Very pleased with wonda mobile and will definitely buy from them again.

Well, device is great, it arrived super fast and in very good packaging. Problem is that it arrived with a Chinese ROM so it took me a bit to switch it to English. I thought that selecting French keyboard would be a breeze but I could only chose from 5 keyboard layouts and none was French. Managed to copy data from the old Samsung tablet too. Sending it back would cost me about 50 EUR plus 30-ish that I payed already so price will get very close to what I'd pay here. I just hope that I'll not need the warranty
as it will be a nightmare... If I knew this in advance I'd not purchase it.

It was easy enough to get another (Microsoft) keyboard from Google play store so I have now all possible languages. Added another star. If you chose wisely and you do not have to send device back it will be perfect. If you are not sure and want to try some devices Amazon would be a better choice despite the higher price, especially if you have premium subscription.

Love my Nubia Z60 Ultra, but I have a sound problem. Few games I play the sound sound like a broken radio or someone scrapping really hard? Otherwise I would give 5 stars 🤩

Very fast shipping and responsive action

After looking long and hard at prices and various retailers,I decided to buy the (chinese rom only) oppo find x7 ultra from Wonda.I cannot speak highly enough about the company,I clicked buy at approx 8.p.m on the Wed eve.The phone arrived at lunchtime on Mon at my Mid-Wales address via dhl express-an extra £22, but well worth it given the high cost of items such as this,also,you can get real-time tracking re: your purchase.Really fair price from Wonda plus great service.Also,NO duty/vat fees to be paid into the U.K. too.Very happy bunny and chuffed with my new flagship phone.Its a worrying decision to shell out loads of money to a company half the World away.I thoroughly recommend this company.

Best way to buy a new phone.
Since 2016, I have bought 10 phones from them.
My latest is a Vivo X Fold 3. Ordered on a Sunday evening and it arrived by DHL Thursday. I did pay for the faster delivery. Tracked it all the way on the DHL site.
I had to send a Xiaomi back last year for a warranty return which was done very efficiently and without any hassle. I had wondered what a repair would be like as it's always a worry. But was just as easy as any other company.
Always answer emails quickly.
Will use again without hesitation.

I bought from them a Vivo X100 ultra. Their price is the best on the market and their services are so fast. I ordered the item on Friday. They confirmed the bank transfer on Monday and the phone has been received on Thursday. And they refund the custom fee on the same day as I provided the receipt.

After A short Talk with average dad, banning/terminating someone just for opening a store and asking for discount for his viewers was a disgrace! I was interested about this company and after watching this video, Im going to Ad's store. You lost a future customer. And How THE HELL did you actually give >1% to average dad, He got you from 1-3 sales to 10 - 20 sales PW, He also Increased more income for your brand, He got you too 400,000, You had 396,932 if you gave just a bit of money, No YOU DID NOT. I will not be buying from this bulcrap brand

I ordered a new phone on Tuesday this week and it arrived today, unbelievable service and brilliant quality, I will definitely not be using any other company for my mobile phones.
Some of the British companies could take a look at wonda mobile efficiency, I definitely endorse this company.

Exceeded all my expectations.
I received my Oneplus 12 (35% cheaper by market price in my country) earlier than the estimated delivery day.
The packaging was very careful to avoid any damage.
It also contain an EU adapter for the charger.
The packaging of the product was opened (Chinese version flashed with EU Rom (CPH2581 ).
I run multiple checks for malware (even at Bios level)
Everything was OK.
I am completely satisfied with my purchase.
I highly recommend buying through Wonda .
