Ordered a Xiaomi 14 Ultra phone and photography kit from them. Order shipped from China to Denmark and the price they quoted on the website was the price I paid. No custom, added taxes etc. Very nice.

Phone was shipped with normal delivery, 8-10 days but was in Denmark in 2 days! FedEx screwed up so I had to pick it up from there, but that's not Wondamobile's fault.

The phone was unfortunately faulty. The lens of the camera would suffer from lens fogging a lot of the time. I took a video, sent it to Wondamobile and they told me to return it. They made a return label with DHL for me and I returned it. Of course DHL screwed up too, but after 5 days or so, Wondamobile received the phone and promptly refunded the price.

Their user service was very prompt and kind. I have nothing but good things to say about Wondamobile. Will definitely be using them again!

Excellent store and great prices to purchase their phones not available in North America. Staff was always responsive to my questions and super fast delivery. Highly recommended.

i bought £800 phone and was given a delivery date of 13th march. then i had an emailed to say it would be 12th march, then email to say 13th, then email to say the 14th. when it didnt arrive i emailed wonda and they checked with fedex and was told Monday (3 days later). when again it didn't arrive i contacted wonda again and they looked into it, then i get a message to say it was delivered on the 13th.???? checking tracking info it says it wasn't delivered but still at depo, few emails back and forward and wonda say they did deliver it to my neighbour... something i did not authorise. i check with neighbour and a parcel was delivered but not the phone, this was a ebay parcel and when i check that tracking info it was correct. wonda then told me to make a paypal claim as they wont help any further. paypal couldnt careless and im £800 out of pocket.

The tracking info was added after it hadn't arrived as you know. Plus it says it was delivered at 12pm...yet the other parcel was delivered to my neighbour at 2.38pm. it just doesn't make sense, and instead of you wonda taking responsibility it's down to me to be left short. PayPal have accepted the tracking info even though it makes no sense and I have loads of email and txt showing the live tracking and it being returned to depo.

We keep going round in circles again. I authorize a cheap eBay item to be left with a neighbor, that did happen and was tracked and signed for. The phone was not to be delivered to anyone else and the tracking for this was shown as returned to depo, it wasn't til a week later they changed it to say it was delivered and at a random time. They're trying to cover themselves but it doesn't add up. I'm reviewing your service so others can make their own decisions weather or not wonda can be trusted. Before the missed delivery your service was great, you answered all my questions and I had no problem, it wasn't until you gave up and told me to make a claim that its made me think others should be aware.

Ordered from HK to UK, expedited delivery for £20 had the package with me in 3 days which is unbelievable & an excellent saving.

I was a bit weary of bank transfer to save the extra 3% or so, but gave it a shot and worked out great.

Will not hesitate to order again. Keep up the good work Wonda!

I was going to buy a Nubia Z60 Ultra from the official UK store, but they kept me hanging on for 2 weeks for the silver 12gb version to be in stock, only to tell me that it wasn't offered in the UK as 12gb, only 16gb, and they couldn't update their website to say this 😂🤦🏼‍♂️
I was wary about using Wonda Mobile, and shouldn't have been, it's been a brilliant experience. Clear website, price exactly as described. I chose "express" (£20) when I ordered Saturday evening. It just arrived Wednesday morning! Very carefully packaged, and has Google play fully installed. 30% cheaper than the official store, and no import duties or VAT charged. Highly recommended.

Ordered on Saturday and arrived on Wednesday. Costumer service reply quickly even at 1am Hong Kong time(lol). Package is triple layered bubble wrap. Overall really good initial experience for me

Do not use their services to buy a mobile phone from another country! I transferred them the full payment for a Samsung S24 Ultra as directed by their automated system email and then received an email days later saying that their Japan Account doesn't accept direct deposit anymore. I have still not got my money back and it's been 6 days now.

Terrible service. Wouldn't recommend.

Original product genuine company and very understanding bought 2 xiaomi 14 pro from them black and green in UK each around 1299 got from them less then half price same product evern better specs yes Chinese version but who cares when language can be changed and price is less then half from your own region and plus 5 days max shipping. Brilliant.

I waited 2 months after purchasing a phone from another company (which I won't name here) that I ended up not receiving after all (I requested a full refund from PayPal).
Then, in literally 4 days, I bought and received the same phone from Wonda.

Ordered an Oppo Find X7 Ultra with Chinese ROM, and was initially disappointed on their slow shipping speed, but after contacting their support, they explained that the shipment coming in was delayed and refunded me 15€. The phone was shipped on Friday (exactly 1 week after ordering) and i got the phone in Finland on the next Monday, so i was really happy about that!
No extra hassle, phone was delivered to my door, came with Play Store pre-installed and works like a charm.

Amazing fast post, I ordered a Oppo find x7 ultra express to the UK on Wednesday night, and it arrived at my house the following Monday morning.. I'm actually still in shock how fast it got here. I paid via bank transfer for the discount, and it worked out about 130 pounds cheaper that Trading Shenzhen! Really fantastic service, the device itself is the best piece of technology I've ever used, a massive upgrade in everyway from my old Samsung s22 ultra (exynos). Honestly, I was very indecisive about purchasing from Wonda Mobile, but after researching them on here and elsewhere, I took the plunge and ordered a phone for myself. First upgrade since 2016 so I was still sweaty about the whole thing (a lot of money for me) but they came through as promised. The phone arrived earlier than expected and I was able to track it very easily the whole way!! Hence my 5 star rating. Well deserved!

This is the second time I've ordered from them first was the xiaomi 13 ultra last year ordered on a Monday and did the 3 to 5 days delivery came on Friday the same week can you believe that, and the was brand new obviously it was unsealed because they had install Google services but honestly the phone worked perfectly no issues what so ever
So this time 26th February I ordered the oneplus 12 with 24gig ram and 1tb storage this time I did a bank transfer saved me about £45 which was definitely worth it paid for 3 to 5 days delivery it came on Monday 4th March they also refunded me back the extra I paid for 3 to 5 day delivery because it came a day late,
Honestly they email you every step of the way
