Had a problem with booking a night away.
Got through to the very nice Lizzie M. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. If she said she was going to do something she did it. If all companies had a Lizzie M instead of AI things would be a lot better

I was given a Christmas present of a voucher to go Wild Water Swimming in Northumberland and chose to go to the North Pennines to swim in a couple of waterfall pools. Along with 2 friends we were guided by Hayley and had the most fabulous day. After a gentle walk to a secluded stretch of river, we went for a dip in the first of the waterfall pools. It wasn't as cold as expected and we just reverted to being kids laughing and playing in the water! Hayley then took us to our second swimming pool - another waterfall and even more secluded. It was just perfect! Hayley took everything at our pace and made the day such a wonderful experience. If you like swimming and the outdoors this trip is highly recommended.

I needed to make a few alterations, as I was given the voucher as a gift. Lizzie could not have been more helpful. She sorted everything quickly and efficiently and made the whole process really easy for me. I would definitely use this company based solely on the customer service she provided.

We were made to feel at home from the moment we arrived. The warm sausage roll was delicious. We thought the cast iron tea pots were a novelty. The food was lovely, especially the jam cream scones. We actually took some of the cakes home to enjoy later. The staff were very efficient. We enjoy little wander around the hotel, which has many original features. The view of Windermere from the terrace was amazing. All in all we had a wonderful time.

Due to personal injury, I was unable to use my voucher before it expired and contacted WonderDays to enquire about an extension. From acknowledgement of receipt, I received a 12 month extension and a very helpful and kind response regarding my recovery in less than an hour! First class service from Becky that will not be forgotten.

Highland cow cuddling experience

What a fantastic experience to be so up close to these wonderful animals. It was a very knowledgeable day .
We were able to feed them by hand or scoop which ever you felt comfortable with.
Also you got to stroke and brush them.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone who loves highland cows.
The people were very friendly and answered any questions to the best of their ability.
Excellent value for money as you also get to look round the rest of the farm. A must to see Jeffery the Llama plus all the other animals.

Really happy with the service

I needed to book a voucher that I was given. Jess H was extremely helpful & got my hotel & show tickets booked straight away. Although I haven’t attended the venue yet I’m sure I’ll have no complaints.

I haven’t brought the vouchers yet but their customer service Lizzie was so helpful and responded quickly and precisely with the information I needed and filled me with confidence that when I buy the vouchers later, it will give me the options that I need. Thank you Lizzie :-)

Stumbled across this website to purchase race car experience for my son, but unfortunately the days available didn’t suit us so I requested a refund..
Becky was very lovely and dealt with it very quickly for me.

Birthday gift

Had a wonderful stay in Shrewsbury topped off with our afternoon tea.
The St Vincent’s was a great venue
The afternoon tea was fabulous
All items were so fresh the fish tacos and the pea and mint arabiatta stunning
Cakes selection was outstanding huge variety
Tea and coffee option delightful
The whole presentation of our tea was superior to others that we have experienced
The staff were so friendly and professional during service
Many thanks for making our weekend special
Combined with the river cruise that was very informative
Drinks were available if required staff were very pleasant , we have no negatives
Would recommend to anyone considering this venue ,you will not be disappointed .

We had to contact customer service for a voucher we had bought and needed refund on as the place we wanted to go to didn't have any slots before we left for the States and Becky was absolutely amazing. She said she would process the refund immediately. Made the whole process stress free for us. Appreciate Becky's speedy response and actions. Thank you Wonder Days and Becky.

Had a problem with booking and were really worried we wouldn’t be able to go to Alton Towers after putting lots of things in place to go on a certain date. Lizzie sorted us out straight away with a new voucher and saved the day! Thankyou x

I cannot recommend this highly enough. Excellent value for money. We had three hours of really informative workshop led by Amanda who was brilliant. Patient and informative, her instructions were very clear and thorough and well demonstrated. We left with 2 pork pies, pastry to make a third and a gorgeous picnic tea. We were so enthused that we bought our own pie dolly, downloaded the recipe and are ready to experiment at home. Fabulous experience

A really lovely day out. Lots of walking to see all the different plants and trees. Herbaceous borders, the rose garden, the alpine houses, clear lake, the glasshouse and the jellicoe canal plus plenty of places to eat and drink as we walked around. We saw 11 different species of butterfly on our visit as well. Worth a visit, prepared to stay all day, lots to see.

How refreshing to receive such superb customer service! A driving experience voucher for my grandsons birthday failed to arrive despite being arranged express delivery. An email to customer services brought a very quick response from Lizzie, who investigated and sent out a replacement which incredibly arrived within 24 hours and on my grandsons birthday. To say I was delighted was an understatement - I have not had customer service at this level for a very long time! Thank you Lizzie - you are a star - my grandson is so looking forward to his driving experience !
