I have now placed two orders with this company and although the lead time can be long, all of my items arrived and I'm very happy with them, the material used is perfect for printing on logos and names.

Terrible company to deal with. I purchased a few items from them, and when they arrived, I could not believe how low quality they were! Also, a couple of items were advertised 2 for 1, but they only sent one of them, and when I asked them about it, they came up with different excuses and refused to send another one. You can buy similar items with a fraction of their price from eBay or Amazon.

This is a fraudulent company that is intent on taking your money without providing you with the goods that you’ve paid for. Their standard response is that they’ve already mailed the order and will therefore not refund the money. Once I actually received an honest answer that the courier has “lost” my order, but even still, they will not refund my money. I placed my order five months ago.. Avoid these people and their scam at all costs

Never got what I ordered & refuse refund. Avoid. I can't even get to talk to anyone, it's an automated system.

For those who have become a victim of the company, here are the authorities you can report:

- The Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) will send your
internet-related criminal complaint to federal, state, local, or
international law enforcement. In addition to filing an IC3 complaint,
contact your credit card company.
- The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) shares consumer complaints,
including online scams with local, state, federal, and foreign law
enforcement. While the FTC can’t resolve individual complaints, it can
tell you the next steps to take.
- EConsumer.gov accepts complaints about online shopping and
e-commerce transactions with foreign companies.
- The Department of Justice (DOJ) can show you where to report
internet or intellectual property crimes.

BEWARE! Dropshipping Company Scam!

I’ve put in several request to resolve an order that has now reached 70 DAYS without receiving a $25 item. The support team tells me I need to be patient and they give me the tracking code that tells me the item has been in sitting in New York 45 days ago. Recently, I received a tracking notification telling me it cannot be found. I let the support team know again about the issue, only to receive a generic “be patient, and we cannot refund your because your item has been sent out already.”

This is an awful DROPSHIPPING company!! Yes, they host items that get sent directly from China. Save your money! This company is a scam and I hope this helps anyone who does research before buying!

Purchased in Feb, received after 2 months in April. Items are totally different from the website. Got 2 boxes of low quality toys from China that worth only $2. SCAMMER ALERT

I ordered 3 electric cars before Xmass for my grandson.
They never arrived. I followed up many times and was always told...The order has shipped and in transit. I have never received anything.
They are totally unreliable. DO NOT BUY.
This is not a disgruntled complaint...it's well warranted!

My kids love this. it does require me to work with them. this toy not for lazy parents.

Terrible experience . They have my correct California address and shipped it to Colorado! Then tell me I need to take it up with USPS! Took no responsibility and I still havent received item nor a refund . Worst customer service I have ever experienced!

Thank God for PayPal as they are handling it for me. Ordered a few things, during checkout was given offers which I misunderstood. End up from two to a total of five. I contacted immediately and was told I can't cancel, have to wait until items received then send back for a refund. What nonsense! I was given a RETURNS link and was falsely mislead. As it turned out on their invoice there is another link saying as long as items have not been shipped I am entitled for a full refund.
Upon contacting wondergears with this info I received no replies for a couple of days, then received and email saying ALL items sent.
Only received two items. I ask for a cancellation, since I didn't get the items, again no replies and the next day was given another tracking number which doesn't exist yet and it's been a few days still nothing with tracking number. What a sly company! Also to make matters worse they took more then what was invoiced saying oh we take more to make sure there is money in account what crooks! Glad I used PayPal so now they are chasing these robbers for me.

Really regret purchasing also my daughters was not rough with it and few already broke. It was the speedway and the gears one. One speedway track was missing a bridge connector, the gear toys was suppose to have bears and a monkey...all were monkeys on both sets....l
