Product never received, company stole from me
Purchased a magazine on September 3rd, 2025. Nowhere on the purchasing funnel it was mentioned it was a pre order. That’s ok, I can wait. Received a shipping notification on October 16. Until this day, I haven’t received my order. The shipping company confirmed the parcel was lost and recommended to contact the merchant. I’ve been emailing Wonderland for over 5 months now and never have they replied to me. They kept my money and my order. There are more people in the same situation as I am. They’re also ignoring all social media comments, while continuing to launch new magazine issues. Such a terrible inexcusable disgusting experience. In no way this is acceptable behavior nowadays. Ah, and their actions phone number goes straight to voice mail. And the recommend email address doesn’t exist.
