We opened our doors over 10 years ago when we discovered through personal experience that the market for sensory equipment and toys was narrow and comparatively more expensive than other toys. We set out with a mission to make a difference through providing a massive variety of not only toys but sensory aids for all ages and inclusion was at the forefront of our minds. Fast forward to today and we are a busy store! We supply products not only to individual customers but also various local authorities, nurseries, NHS trusts and occupational therapists. From popular brands to niche hard to come by equipment- we strive to find and stock it all which means you don't have to search.

Fanstastic customer service, knowledge and stock list!
Having a child with additional needs is hard work work, I love that I can head to the Wooden, Sensory and Softplay site and get everything I need for play, enrichment activities and also sensory / fidget toys. I've been a customer for a few years now, and keep finding myself coming back to see what is new, and I always stock up on fidgets for a DIY sensory advent calendar every year! Certainly deserving of the 5 stars, when it comes to customer service, the owners really understand SEND, so when talking about my daughters needs they quickly identify suitable toys reassured that these have been through their own scrutiny also! From creating a wishlist, through purchasing and delivery, communication is always responsive and professional. Certainly a customer that will continue to comeback for years to come!
