Woodlandsfurniture Reviews

Very happy with the whole experience from start to finish. Great customer service. Well-organised delivery process. And the finished products are well-made and excellent value for money.

Ordered 2 four door wardrobes which were assembled for me. Look nice and solid. Also Ordered a ten drawer chest to match. Half of the drawers wouldn't close flush, all sticking out on one side. After speaking to the guys at Woodland they arranged to have some new drawers sent out to me. Great customer service and furniture to match. Highly recommend.

I've previously ordered bedroom furniture from Woodland and was very pleased with it. Recently I was looking for a bookcase and ended up using Woodland again. Everything I've ordered is good and solid. I'm particularly chuffed with my bookcase. Very sturdy and will look beautiful when I've finished painting it. Definitely recommend Woodland. Excellent stuff!

Solid, well made wardrobe and bedside cabinets which will be perfect in my son’s room. Some tiny scratches in the paint under one door knob, easily rectified with the paint supplied straight away.

I ordered a bespoke victorian larder. The whole process was easy and smooth and I’m so happy with the result! They followed my requests exactly, it’s perfect for what I need, well built and beautiful looking, Delivery also on time as arranged. I would absolutely order from Woodlands again, thank you so much!

The delivery was spot on and the gentleman were polite and put the wardrobe together for me in no time

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who were more than happy to discuss bespoke options to suit my requirements. Furniture arrived within an acceptable time and communication was excellent throughout. A great product for the price. The delivery driver Kabir, was very careful and gave some useful advice on how to rebuild the larger pieces.

We ordered 2 wardrobes and a chest of drawers, excellent quality at a really good price. Really happy with the service we received, with good communication throughout the process.

Ordered a bespoke wardrobe & service was excellent from my initial order to delivery, which was well within time frame given.
I was kept updated at all stages & Kabir & Ibrar, who delivered & assembled the wardrobe, were friendly & efficient.
It’s exactly what I wanted, well made & a reasonable cost. One very happy customer.

I ordered my daughter a 3 drawer 2 door double wardrobe,it was pre -built split into sections so assembly was quick and easy, also if you do move they do split down just undo screws so you can take it with you to a new property. They do a bespoke service also offer assembly service on site which helps disabled people like me not having to assemble or lift a finger.

This is the second time we have used Woodlands furniture they always produce great quality furniture. We ordered a single wardrobe to match the triple wardrobe we originally ordered. Nothing was too much for them. From order to delivery they are friendly and professional keeping me fully updated throughout. Would highly recommend.

We had wardrobes delivered last week.
From ordering to delivery to fitting the wardrobes everything was done exactly to our requirements.
Kabir and Ibrar who delivered the wardrobes and fitted them could not have been more careful and helpful. Very efficient.

I have had 3 sets of new handmade bedroom furniture from woodlands. I ordered for the first time in Oct 2023 and the wardrobes were great, perfect for our needs and i had some bespoke changes too, so when we decided to get some more for a second bedroom this year it was a no brainer where to go. Again the furniture is great and i also had some bespoke changes too. Our third lot was delivered 2 days ago. Each time i have used Woodlands their customer service had been excellent. They keep in regular contact and are always polite and efficient. I wouldnt go anywhere else for bedroom furniture now.
