Do NOT buy the Medical Boot!!!!

I have to review the Woof Wear medical boots. Whatever you do, please do not purchase them, it is a terrible waste of money! My Arabian gelding came down with WLD and a hoof abbess due to horrible wet conditions this summer in DK. I purchased a boot for him at my local feed store. Firstly, on the Woof Wear boot pack it clearly says for the stable AND the field. In this case, my Arabian was in the field and had an overreach boot on as well to protect the Woof Wear boot. He did not even have it on for 24 hours, and the boot's sole completely detached itself from the neoprene ankle sock area. I have paid 50 pounds for this boot. Needless to say I went back and insisted on a refund which the dealer was not happy to give me, but luckily the marketing law and buyer law in DK protects you from these discussions. I received my refund and have instead wrapped my horse in a bandage and heavy tape around... something so inexpensive, but it works I also did not find the boots true to size at all. It did seem a bit optimistic to think that this poorly designed boot would actually withstand a horse.... I mean, the sewing almost comes apart when pulling it on your horse's hoof. Sorry, Woof Wear, you should not be charging that price for this bad quality of a product, and I honestly think you should take the boot off the market and provide horse owners with something more durable. This is almost robbery at broad daylight!

Absolutely disgusting brand

Absolutely disgusting brand. So unprofessional and terrible customer service! Clothes feel so cheap and lasted 5 minutes. Wanted to support a small brand but now I can see why the brand is so small. Never experienced such a rude conversation with a brand it honestly feels like it’s being ran by 17 year olds! Do not recommend and hopefully they will realise how horrible they actually are. For a brand with not a lot of notice you would have though they’d try and actually put effort into what they’re doing.

Absolutely disgusting customer service

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Fault on product that could have caused serious harm to my horse. Admit there is a fault and them try to say it wasn't. Continual messing about for months then ignore emails. Never will I buy another product of theirs. Appalling

Update to my previous review

Further to my negative review about the poor customer service to boots that had split at the heel; I heard back from customer service a week later with full apology and a replacement new pair of boots that arrived two working days later by courier. My view has changed entirely and the ladies in customer services could not have been nicer. Nathan’s you Woofwear

Good communication and helpful customer service

I contacted woof wear customer service last winter after I purchased a pair of their short yard boots (which had worn very quickly in the short time I had owned them) from a different retailer. The customer service team were very helpful and understanding, they liaised with the retailer I had purchased from and provided me with a replacement pair. Personally I found their customer service very good and helpful. Only wish the boots themselves were a little more durable.

Customer service never replies

Customer service never replies. They shippped shorts that was 4 times bigger then another one in the same order with the same label. I tried to reach them over email few times and all that times I filed. This shorts cost $80 and even more they have a non-refundable policy for clothes. Perfect business model. Gay business as it is. One guy believed that he is a disigner, ordered some s* in china and voala! No refunds - only money.
I’d better order a China fake of this brand then deal with this guys.
