Company took a week to send a quote and then completely ghosted me after multiple requests for follow-up. Unfortunately, Iberian Airlines won't take cats onboard and this is their own partner. I went with another pet shipping company that responded within hours and had the ball rolling within days.

Don't make the mistake we did. This company is listed as a partner for Iberia Airlines, which is why we trusted them. Everything was fine until we paid our deposit. We were a month away from our move from the US to the UK and hadn't heard anything from Woof Airlines about flights or other logistics. I reached out and got a bounce-back email as though our contact at Woof Airlines had never existed. I spent hours trying to contact them. When I *finally* was able to reach them, they informed me that the person I had been corresponding with had left the company (no one notified us or gave us another point of contact). They seemed to have NO knowledge of us and asked us to complete all the same paperwork again. We even had to provide the payment receipt and contract to them. This is AFTER we had paid them 3k Euros as a deposit. We told them that we were no longer comfortable using their service and requested a refund, since we were concerned about their total lack of communication-what if another employee left while our dogs were in their hands? At this point, they claimed they had somehow already booked non-refundable flights and hotels and could not refund our deposit except for a few hundred dollars, despite the fact that they apparently didn't have any of our information literally a few days before. I would never trust them with our dog and I am shocked that an airline like Iberia recommends them.
EDITED TO ADD: This negative review has been a last resort after appalling service. We asked at least three times via email for the receipts for these supposedly non-refundable flights and hotel reservations. They were never provided. As someone who does not work for a travel company, I am consistently able to make refundable reservations for hotels (usually 24 hours is the cut-off) and flights are typically around $200 to reschedule. Not $2000. So how, then, does a company who literally partners with an airline manage to make non-refundable bookings? Nothing this company says adds up and I urge anyone considering them to choose someone else.

Miguel and his team were awesome! We transported 4 cats from Norway to US yesterday and they arrived on time and in excellent condition. We would use them again and recommend them to anyone who wants their pet transported anywhere in the world.
Moving my two cats and my dog from Bangkok to Luxembourg was a challenging experience, especially due to the extensive bureaucratic procedures involved. From obtaining documents to adapting to local regulations, the process seemed never-ending.
However, Woof Airlines made everything so much easier. From the start, the team was very understanding and professional. They adapted to my schedule, even when it was difficult to coordinate across different time zones. Communication was seamless, allowing me to address any concerns instantly.

I went on the website for a quote thinking it wouldn’t be over €2,000 like the website says. They get back to me with a quote of €4,500…. Didn’t make any sense. Not to mention the email came back in my spam. Already weird to me. They obviously just want your money. Very happy I am not following through with Woof Airlines. Was trying to get my pet from London the New York and they have to drive her to Madrid first and then get a plane in cabin from there to New York. Just a bad vibe altogether…
Contacted them in January 2023, I was desperate and I needed to travel with my two bunnies to Italy.
Told me they will inform me, never did. They said "in a couple of minutes I'll tell you" EVERY TIME I ASKED FOR UPDATES, then stopped responding.
Never heard of them again.
I traveled anyways with another company, way more cheaper than their absurd prices.

My recent travel experience from Seattle to Naples with Woof Airlines was simply exceptional. Traveling with three dogs and a cat can be a challenging task, but Woof Airlines made everything smooth and hassle-free from the moment we booked our tickets to our landing of our pets in Naples.
Right from the start, the booking process was very straightforward. Woof Airlines' website provided a dedicated section for pet travel, with clear instructions. Additionally, their customer service was friendly and always ready to answer our questions about the travel details.
Once we arrived at Seattle Airport, we were impressed by the attention we received. Woof Airlines staff ensured our furry companions felt comfortable right from the beginning.
The flight itself was very pleasant. The pets traveled in a special section in the cargo hold, which was perfectly climate-controlled and pressurized. We were reassured knowing that our furry friends were in good hands throughout the flight.
As our pets approached Naples, Woof Airlines staff made sure we were well-informed about the process of retrieving our pets. Everything went smoothly, and our dogs and cat were in excellent spirits upon being reunited with us.

I would never transport my pets with them again not would I recommend this service. We contracted a transport from Madrid to Cambridge by van for our three cats, it was not cheap at all, and below just in case it may be of help you can find some facts that should be considered for future clients
1. Only one driver was assigned for the entire transport therefore if any problem animals are stuck.
2. We were told the night before that we had to provide kennels, watering etc regardless what they had told us, we finally did not provide this.
3. No real tracking on animals location
4. We were not told that cats would be sharing transport with other pets
5. Cats arrived deshidrated after 40 hours being in the kennel while they should have only been 20.
6. We barely received photos
7. Van broke up in France and they did not have a back up driver so they had to send someone from London to pick up animals

In a nutshell will never recommend this company to anyone.
They ask you for crazy and unnecessary amount of money. They wanted to charge me 8,000 mxn for some paperwork that I refused to pay and said I would do it myself.... when I did it by myself, that same paperwork was FREE.
When doing this, I called them to ask something SENASICA needed to know and they YELLED HORRIBLY at me on the phone, no one has ever talked to me that way. And it was because "I was not supposed to say that I am using Woof Airline service and show the document that says so." That left me thinking that they work undercover and maybe even illegally. I mean, for the way they yelled at me...
Another time, they wanted me to pay 4,700 euros for a cargo service, but when I asked personally and directly to cargo, they told me it was approximately a total of 1,700 euros. Why did Woof Airlines asked me for 4,700 then?? Oh and when I asked them, they told me that it was because of the paperwork that I already knew it's free.
Please be careful! They take advantage that we are desperate pet parents that all we want is their safety and wellness. And that's why I ended up paying for the crazy amount of $100,000 mxn the first time I travelled with my Kora (dog), but not again.

I contacted this company earlier January to fly on march from Chile to Germany with my five pets, a crazy amount of money that I had been saving for and willing to pay, thinking "If I pay for the service, and is done by professionals, it will be done well"
With almost two months to prepare they found the way to make it impossible.
Jeily was very unhelpful from the beginning, giving a "bad vibe" but I stuck with them because I had read good reviews and was trusting it was just my handler that was the bad apple. During the almost two months before the flight, I contacted her constantly, trying to get everything clear and on point to have the least issues possible, confirming dates, restrictions, routes, protocols, etc., we were still with pandemic restrictions and everything could be more complicated than needed. And It was. Jeily was constantly reminding me to make the payments, get the paperwork needed, get the veterinarian certificates, get the "right" size crates, to have everything in order, which could be nice, until certain point.
When I was having trouble finding the right size for the crates, I asked her if they as company could provide them, as it says in the website they can do, she said it was "not possible". Finally we found some "right" sized crates -according to her "right"- on our own.
At last, the week of the flight comes, we have all in order, veterinarian certificates, all documents, payments done.
Three days before the flight she asks me "if it would be inconvenient to change the flight date" because her transporters couldn't get the permits to enter the country, they didn't have the vaccine certificates from their country and in mine they couldn't be let in without quarantining.
It was quite inconvenient indeed.
I asked her if it was possible to send someone different, someone with the paperwork updated. She said it was "not possible". They had all the logistics already prepared, the tickets bought, it was absolutely impossible to send someone different. She says that they will do everything possible to get their paperwork and make it happen in the expected date, or at least only a couple of days later.
...and they couldn't get their papers, then they got one, then one of the guys got COVID...
It was then when she offered me to fly a week later, with different transporters. Nooooow it was possible to have someone different, of course.
I started looking for alternatives and said no, I had everything arranged to fly on that weekend, I'm a freelancer and I don't have just one boss to answer to. I had to organise everything so I would have enough time to get back to work. I needed to fly on that day and would do it even if I had to fly my pets myself.
Well well well, I asked for a refund because they weren't doing their part of the contract, she said OK.
Next thing is I'm being contacted by Miguel, the owner of the company; Suddenly they had found the people to do the job on the day needed, they had all the paperwork, they had everything to make it possible, I still requested the money back, I was upset, angry, frustrated. He offered the moon and stars while saying that the refund wasn't possible because it was too short timed... ? And I agreed again to do it with them, because he was not willing to return the whole payment since now "he could provide the service" so it was me who was breaking the contract... So I didn't want to both lose the money and lose my head.
Then he says he will not do it, and return the money within 24 hours. It took four days.

When I was arranging to fly my pets on my own, while talking to the airline I found out that Jeily's "right" size was not right at all, they were too small, the pets could not go in those crates. Mind you, these crates are not cheap and I had bought five.
The airline was not flying my pets and I was not going at all, because after everything she had “done” to make the trip happen, on top of that, she gave me the wrong directions.
Funny thing is I ended up flying two weeks later because it took some time to find the right size of crates.
I had to do the vet checkups again. Request the certificates again (They are valid for only 10 days)
Cancel the flights -twice- and book again... we all know that booking a flight few days ahead is not the cheapest way to fly.
After all that, we arrived in Amsterdam with a direct flight, then drove four hours to our destination in Germany. We are all good and settled, but the amount of stress that meant dealing with this company was absolutely unnecessary and unwelcome.
When you hire a service like this you expect they will make things easier, take care of everything and help.
