I was genuinely excited to purchase Woolich Racing after watching countless YouTube videos and seeing many professional motorcycle tuners use their ecosystem.
I purchased a complete tuning package for my motorcycle and paid approximately €770 for the order to be delivered to France, where a friend would receive it and later bring it to me in Morocco. This is a common and perfectly legal way of transporting motorcycle parts and accessories, and nothing about my purchase was illegal or fraudulent.
After placing the order, my payment was accepted and the order was confirmed. However, I could not access my account because it was still awaiting verification.
Being excited to start learning the software, I opened a support ticket simply to ask for my account to be verified so I could log in and begin exploring the platform.
Instead of a straightforward verification process, my account was locked and the situation quickly became increasingly complicated. After several exchanges with support, I was eventually informed that my package should be returned for a refund, without any clear explanation as to why.
This is what I find most disappointing.
I was not asking for free software, a trial version, or special treatment. I paid a significant amount of money for a motorcycle tuning platform because I genuinely wanted to learn and use it on my own motorcycle.
I know many riders and tuning shops who successfully use Woolich Racing, which is why I chose it in the first place. The software itself appears to be one of the best solutions on the market.
What I cannot understand is why purchasing and accessing it has been made so unnecessarily complicated. It is motorcycle tuning software, not access to classified information or a restricted government system.
As a paying customer, I expected a straightforward purchase, transparent communication, and the ability to use the product I had legitimately bought.
I sincerely hope Woolich Racing improves its communication and account verification process, because the product has an excellent reputation, but my purchasing experience has been extremely disappointing.
**Update:** If Woolich Racing resolves this issue and allows me to use the product as purchased, I will happily update this review to reflect that experience.
