On March 21, 2026, we purchased a sofa and were told delivery would take 8–12 weeks, with reassurance that it would usually arrive closer to 8 weeks. Unfortunately, as of July 16, 2026, the full 12-week period has long passed and we still have no sign of our order.

Every time I call customer support, they have no information whatsoever. If they can't provide their customers with a proper delivery date or any real updates, what is the point of having a customer service department at all? All they do is apologize for the information they can't give which is absolutely unacceptable.

At this point, I honestly feel like this company is misleading its customers. They keep people waiting for no reason and are never actually helpful.

It's now been 4 months with no sofa and no clear information, and to make matters worse, we're about to leave for an extended holiday meaning this delay is now causing even more disruption for us.

I would never recommend this company. If you need a sofa, do yourself a favor and buy from a more reliable retailer one with a customer service team that actually works and provides you with regular, honest updates. At least you can be able to know the process instead of -I don't know- types of things. ( Order number > 10300610)

We got a couch that cost 2600€ and the quality is less that 1000. In the beginning they didn't sent the right supports for the couch and they arranged someone to come and fix it. When this guy came after 2 months he brought the wrong size supports as well and instead of fixing something he even cut the pillow that he tried to fix, a pillow that got flattened after 2 weeks of use of the couch. We contacted with them again they made an appointment after a month with an other service mechanic who never showed up .. Long story sort we have the couch for 4 months now and our problems have still not been solved and they don't try to help us correctly at all. All they say they can do is "to send a service mechanic".. Never again.

Terrible. Bought an extremely cute sofa for our new house, paid 250 EUR deposit and the total of 1000 EUR, quite some money. This was in the mid July. It is September now and when calling for an update we are told off that it will be delivered maybe November. We were promised 3 months at maximum which is already quite some time. They do not live up to their own promises. Do not recommend.

All the employees were very friendly and helpful. The furniture was two days later in our house.
