The company give us the opportunity to have a lot of choice for phone cases. The quality is good as my iPhone was never damaged despite the several falls!
Delivery is pretty quick and commercial service available if needed. I recommend this website.

Ordered from woopcasr about a month ago and unfortunately my order got lost, after advising woopcase of this they sent me another order free of charge which arrived in a couple of days. The cases are great quality and the customer service is second to none. Would definitely recommend this company and due to the standard of the cases and excellent customer service I would be happy to order from them again.

Bought a phone case. Purchased premium plan for expedited shipping. 3 weeks...no case. It's still not here. I would just go to casetify.

The cases are very stylish and they look very good. The Costumer service ist really fast, very helpful and very polite. Thank you so much and happy to be a customer again.

I'm still waiting for my cases that I've ordered more than a month ago now. I have no update, no way to contact them about it... I've tried to leave a review on their website to contact them, the review has never been published... avoid this website !

EDIT 27/11: the phonecases finally arrived 5 days ago.
They are pretty okay. I'm quite happy with them, so I've changed from 1 to 3 stars. It would be great if it was easier to contact the customer service. Such a shame I had to write reviews about the experience to make the customer service do its job. But I have to say that as soon as the customer service noticed my review, the problem was solved in few days.

I ordered twice, and for the first order, everything was fine, good quality, the right personalizations, etc.
Unfortunately, the second time, the delivery was fast and the quality seemed good, but something in the system changed the coordinates on the case, so I received the wrong personalization.
The service didn't respond after the first e-mail. But after a second try, they answered and we are on the way to finding a fitting solution.

The quality of my case was not good. I can feel rough edges all around the back and the colour is not true to the picture. The whole cover has a faded green tinge to it. Woopcase does NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON PHONE CASES. Other competitors like Burga offer higher quality cases for about the same cost, my last case came from them and was excellent, I wouldn't buy from woopcase again. If they accepted returns on phone cases I would change my mind but such an anti consumer policy is just the cherry on top of the poor quality.

I was looking for phone cases from my country and I found a brilliant looking one on woopcase and to make it better they had custom options. I found the price very affordable as well. When I had a small issue their help team was very very flexible and helped me get through it. Would 100% recommend

It's been almost three weeks, I haven't received the case.
I did receive an email prompting me to review the case though 🤦‍♂️.

When I inquired about the status of my order, i received no answer.

EDIT: Bumped it to 3 from 1 due to me actually finally receiving them. Being more transparent with shipping times would definetly help you out. It was around 5 weeks delivery

So basically, I am beginning to believe I got scammed.
So basically it's been nearly 3 weeks and still no case despite paying extra for a faster service.
I've received an email asking to leave a review about "How I like my new case" which I don't actually own.
Also feels like they are hiding bad reviews on their website as mine is no where to be seen.
When I asked for an update on my case, they only asked if my adress was correct and if my name was visible on the letterbox. Nothing about my actual order.
I hope the case is worth it if it ever arrives.

Gorgeous phone cases with so many options! Easy to get overwhelmed… The customization features are so fun to play around with and it’s so easy to get a cool unique phone case! Fast shipping and I even got a screen protector included for free. Love it!

Excellent quality cases! Case came just in time for Fathers Day and will definitely shop again!

2nd update: woopcase wanted to take down my review from this website, I guess it made them "look bad" in a way?.
Now i must warn others, the NFC problem persist, the support team didn't tried to solve this problem at all, there were other reviews from people that have the same issue with the NFC, so if you want to buy a case from them, make sure that you can pay/use NFC with the screen side of your phone fist, as with the case on the phone it will block the signal from the back side.

Update: after posting this review here, the support team contacted me and they send me the correct cases without charge. Really thankful for that, the cases look and feel great.
But with my phone there's a compatibility issue with the NFC, the case has a metal plate so you can hold the phone with magnets in the car, it's on the exact place as the NFC emitter is, and in my phone it only works from the back side, so I have to take out the case if I want to pay with the phone. It can be an inconvenience but I guess it made the phone a bit more secure in a way.

Previous review:
False advertising, in their website I can select phone cases for the oneplus 7t pro smartphone, which I did and bought 2 of them, but they send me cases for the OnePlus 7 pro model.
And the issue is they are not compatible with each other, the 7t pro has a camera sensor which is totally covered with the case of the 7 pro. I already contacted them, waited the 48h, and didnt get an answer.
I do have to say the cases are pretty ok, they look good and the quality is decent, but for me they are a waste of money.

the case is ok but i cant pay anymore with my phone, the case might be to thicc or something, is so annoying i dont know if it is just me or someone else have this problem but it is huge is you only use your phone to pay
