The boiler was trouble free for the time we had with it , we had a service at the 6 month point even though it was a 12 month requirement only , we have now moved house , but were pleased with all aspects

As part of our ongoing boiler service plan, Company contacted us for our annual service. Kept informed of engineer expected time of arrival by text and phone. Engineer, James Reference S6JM was professional, knowledgeable and worked in a really tidy manner. As boiler is in a wardrobe on grand children’s bedroom, crucial that it’s safe. James advised us on siting the CO detector/ monitor in the safest most efficient place. He also advised us on more economic use of the boiler. James went above and beyond the norm thus delivering a five star customer experience! Thank you.

I had the boiler installed nearly 2 years ago now and it has been brilliant. I have had it set for 'on' all the time during the winter and it kept the house warm without coming on too often. I would recommend the boiler to anyone. it is very reliable.
