Wasted time & prospects

I listed an item for sale and got a response on Friday afternoon from Gerhard of World Art in Church Street, Cape Town saying he's interested in purchasing the item, as the business is wanting it for interns. He gives me a time of 11am Saturday, to make contact. I make it clear we arrange on Whatsapp to which he agrees. Keep in mind, he gave me the time which he chose. Saturday I send him a message, no response. I send another after 11am. No response. All of a sudden, his profile image disappears along with all info on his page. I eventually get hold of his colleague and only after this do I get a response at about 15:00, giving me a whole story of how he didn't have his phone & blah blah blah. He then says he'll call me back. At around 8pm after obviously seeing my review elsewhere, he messages me to arrange to meet & purchase the item Sunday morning. Against my better judgement, I decide to give him a chance to redeem himself. We agree to the venue & the time. Needless to say, I ended up sitting at the venue waiting like a fool with no answer to my messages or my calls. I've lost two prospective buyers due to him messing me around. Now I'm sitting with the item and no response and reposting it again, will result in people thinking there's something wrong with it. And on top of it, his colleague says he is a CEO. Imagine if this is the way the CEO does business.
