Disappointing customer service
I made an order that was time sensitive. So I did order delivery within 4 business days to a place that I would only be for a limited time. Well, they or the delivery company failed to deliver on time. Not only that they left the package without asking or contacting me for the taking. And they do not take any responsibility on what happened. Very disappointed.

We always aim to provide the fastest possible delivery, however, shipping times can also be affected by our delivery partners, and occasionally, estimated timeframes may not be met.
Regarding the delivery itself, the parcel was delivered to your address and left at your front porch in accordance with FedEx delivery procedures. We understand this may not be the preferred delivery method for everyone, but it is standard practice for FedEx.

Items didn’t arrive when they were supposed to
Everything was supposed to arrive on Friday the 10th which was perfect. Would have had the whole weekend to put the items to use. But, of course not everything showed up, the one item that did show up was useless without the other item they decided to ship separate. My little special getaway weekend was a lot less special without the item I had ordered. Kind of discourages me from ordering anything through them again. I did my research on shipping, both items were supposed to be at my box the morning before. Very disappointed!!!!!
