Very impressed. Ordered a new toilet which unfortunately arrived damaged although the packaging did not show any signs of damage or we would not have accepted it. E-mailed them to report this. They asked for photos which were sent off and a replacement arrived a day later!

could not tell us when delivery would be,had to take afternoon of work. Box arrived damaged,clearly had water damage and when we opened the box we found that the bath was badly cracked. Delivery company spoke to them explained what he had seen, told to take bath back. We then get a phone call and told to take photos of bath, bath has already gone back. WE then get another phone call 20 min later, they don't have another bath and will reimburse us.3 weeks later still no money, eventually we got through to customer service and they then sorted out the reimbursement. Very unimpressed with customer service and attitude from the company. Strong advice do not buy from them.
