Product range excellent as non standard size of cello bags required. Not encouraged by delivery as expected 50 bags light enough to send by standard post but had to pay £4.95 for signed delivery. Then when actually delivered they were just pushed thru letter box! However they were dispatched immediately and arrived on day specified.

I made an order but for some reason payment didn't appear to go through which I hadn't realised. I emailed world of envelopes and had a very quick response! Once payment was made the envelopes were with me the next day! Envelopes are great quality at a great price! Would definitely recommend!

Service & delivery very good, the only thing I feel unhappy about is the cost of posting for 28 envelopes

I ordered a sample envelope which came the next day. It was actually better quality than I expected and fitted the bill for my project. I then ordered a larger quantity and they too arrived the next day. Item was well packaged, but not over packaged.

I was so please with the service I received from World Of Envelopes! I have had many problems finding envelopes for my wedding invitations and finally found them on your website. I ordered them and they were meant to be delivered the next day. The only problem was that DPD has loaded their can wrong and did not have my parcel so I was a bit unhappy. I let you know and Erika called me to apologise and said she was chasing it. She made sure they would come the following day and put my mind at ease. I know the DPD problem was not your issue but Erika still took the time to contact me. Thank you so much!!
