Excellent service as usual
I've ordered from WoW for 10+ years and their service has always been 5*. In recent years, the company has expanded which adds to the fibre and yarn available to buy.

I liked you gama of products
I liked you gama of products, learned about you from Fiber Love Diary.
But it is to expensive to purchase them from you.
I ended up paying for shipment, vat and inport taxes 110-120 €, additionaly.
Sory but I won't be back again.

Good wool, but a lot of plastic
The wool and service are always very good. I always buy wool from them. I would give a 5 star rating if they used less plastic to pack it all. The plastic bags for the wool are bigger than ever.

Love this store
Love this store. Quality items and friendly service. I’m a returning customer and will continue to be. The only slight criticism I have is that it can take five working days for your order to be shipped in the UK which is quite a long time but the products are worth waiting for so it wouldn’t stop me shopping here.
