Very disappointed with my experience with World Pinoy Travel. I am still waiting for my flight refund after a long period of time, and communication has been frustrating throughout the process.

Our outbound flight for 22nd March was cancelled only 2 days before departure, and our return flight for 13th April was then cancelled around a week before travel. Despite this, we are still waiting for our refund.

What makes this even more frustrating is that most of my friends who booked directly with the airline already received their refunds shortly after the March cancellations, while we are still chasing updates months later.

Despite the cancellations not being our fault, we are also still being charged administration fees, which I find completely unacceptable given the circumstances.

I understand delays can happen, but there has been very little transparency, no clear timeframe, and poor communication overall. Customers should not have to constantly chase for updates regarding money that is owed to them.

I hope the company improves how they handle cancellations, refunds, and customer communication in the future.
