Dont use this Travel Agency.. So frustrating that if problem arises, they cannot resolve. I am suppose to fly yesterday March 2. One agent told me in themorning flight is confirmed. Then in the afternoon, another agent called me and said flight was cancelled. And found out on March 2 its not cancelled and called me just an hour before the flight if i can go to the airport. I live 3 hours away from heathrow.. so dis appointed that I mis my flight which I planned and book 5 months ago. Now they cannot even find an alternative flight for me?? They ruined everything.. I paid a lit of money for my other trips and I dont have choice but to can ell. I asked to speak to their Manager but to no avail.. Said will call me back but after many hours still no callback.. i booked this trip to celebrate my birthday with my love ones in my country and it was all ruined by this travel agents..

Staff (Marissa) a very friendly, so patience, and very understanding. She really helps me to booked my ticket smoothly. No words can explain how grateful I am for the service I am getting from this lady.
