There are 12 lads going down to London from manchester on our Christmas do. We got an email on the day on the train down to say that they have cancelled the tickets and will refund.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..!!!

Bought 2 tickets for the Andre Rieu Concert next July & paid £264.15 for them. After a few chasing e-mails, received the tickets electronically to find they were valued at 80 euros each, equivalent to a maximum £60 each so I have paid £144 over their true value. When i questioned this with World Ticket Shop, i was informed that the price increases with the popularity of the show. However, Having discovered what a rip-off this site was, I logged on to the official Andre Rieu website to find that I would have paid the ticket price as shown plus a small admin fee had I purchased through them. Have learnt the expensive way to buy direct from official websites in the future!

Bought 2x tickets for 52 euros for gig in Utrecht and now get a call today to say why I haven't downloaded them and see they have charged me 128.22 euros. This is unacceptable Worldticketshop I want a full refund from you for ripping me off, I would never pay that amount of money for a gig, do you think the concert going people are made of money.

The tickets arrived in days, everything went okay. It felt good to order something without stress.

Bought 4 tickets for the grand Slam of Darts on 7/11/15. To cut a long story short they never arrived, having apparently been lost by UPS. Have received a refund but still out of pocket for the train and hotel costs. More to the point what should have been a great weekend which had been planned months in advance was ruined. Still not convinced the tickets ever existed. To be honest even if they had arrived I wouldn't recommend Worldticketshop: tickets were sent so ridiculously late that the preceding days were spoiled by worrying whether they would arrive in time. Avoid this company, especially if your trip involves additional travel or hotel costs.

Was so excited to get Stone Roses tickets on the Saturday night for June next year.
Didn't take the money from our credit card so alarm bells started ringing.
Had an email on the Monday to say that the seller had problems and would we accept tickets for the Wednesday instead - errrrrr no - some of us are bound by our jobs and commitments - we also booked accommodation for the Saturday as well.
In my opinion the Seller had put the tickets up for sale but didn't really have them. Disgusting!
Thankfully we have managed to buy elsewhere - please do not touch this company with a barge pole - go elsewhere!!!

A group of us booked 8 tickets in July for a special night out for our husbands birthday treats at the PDC Grand Slam of Dart For Sat 14th Nov 15. It is now Wed 11th November and I have been told today they cannot provide the tickets. We have arranged hotels and train tickets which are non-refundable. To say I am disgusted with this level of service is an understatement. Yes, I may well have been promised a refund on the excessive amount of money paid for the tickets (prepared to pay for what we wanted) but we are out of pocket on the other expenses and have totally ruined what should have been great birthday treats. Thanks for nothing!!!!!

I was totally satisfied with Worldticketshop. I ordered 4 tickets for the game of chelsea vs aston villa from worldticketshop.com. I've looked around the internet and nowhere else i found any ticket only on their website. I was worried a bit because they said they will send the tickets only one or two days before the game but at the end it was totally fine. I traveled to London 4 days before the game and company sent me the tickets to the hotel. I recommend to anyone who wants to buy tickets use worldticketshop.com without any doubt. I was easily able to find Barcelona FC tickets to a Champions League match with world ticketshop before my visit from Australia. It was clear, straight forward and easy.Tickets arrived promptly via email just a few days after my payment has been processed. They have a large range of tickets available. I bought two tickets for Macklemore in Geneve for about 16 pounds each. On the following day I received an email saying my purchase had been cancelled due to a "fault" in their website. The real price was 160...
Ok, I can take that. However NOT only have I still not received the money back but this purchase has been charged again!!! now I have two purchases of 26 pounds in my bill!

This was the first time I purchased a ticket to a concert (Muse in Prague 2016) via Worldticketshop and I am absolutely dissapointed. They could not provide the ticket I bought so they tried to make me accept a cheaper option saying it is an upgrade. After exchanging several emails about why I do not want this "upgrade" they finally accepted to return my money back. I have been told twice the money would be sent by now and I still do not have it. I have been emailing with 3 different people now and the third told me the money will be returned in 1-2 weeks without any advance notice about their financial dpt changing their mind and sending it later. I have not been contacted, I´ve always had to contact them. I consider their approach highly unprofessional and evethough this might be an unfortunate exception among their good work, this is my last purchase made by Worldticketshop and based on my very first experience I will not reccommend their services to anyone.
