Misleading and Disappointing
I was under the impression that the service would be free, but only found out last minute that I had to pay upfront before anything could be done. That was never made clear from the beginning. I decided not to continue because of this. While the staff were polite, I feel the whole process was misleading. If they really want to help people, especially those struggling financially, they should be more upfront and offer real support—not hidden fees.
