Jasmine Garrett was very friendly, open, knowledgeable, and truly cared about her job to do her job so well to make sure that I was taken care of, and that meant so much to me. I just happened upon you guys when I was looking for insurance for my cell phone a couple of months back and I really dig your vibe and your fees are 100% reasonable.
The cherry on top is the insurance that you offer is really second to none from what I've seen online, whether it be with Asurion, Best Buy/ Geek Squad, Allstate....you've got them ALL beat!

Excellent Service
Very easy to apply for a policy. After a few years without a policy, I found that my account was still in the system, so to renew it all I had to do was fill out a few lines. I wish everything was this simple, clear and easy. Most importantly, I had to use the insurance a few months after I bought my macbook in 2022, when the screen was broken by a bizarre incident: a sewing needle was magnetized and caught when I closed the screen, and I discovered it only a few days later. The compensation from Worth Ave came quickly without any problems.
