Fantastic level of Detail/Standard - BEWARE OF PROJECT TIMESCALES & COMMUNICATION

Well, Where to begin, to quote there site ("It is ever so rare for a project to go past eight weeks. We ask our clients kindly to not complain until after ten weeks. If this outside limit is passed I will typically (but not always) give some kind of consideration for the delay. This can take the form of a partial refund.")

Initially placed a small order with them for around £150 around the 4th October 2012 & paid my £75 deposit which was required at the time. Through the process i didn't receive any communication but when i did finally speak to someone they were polite and understood my frustration. They were implementing new process to make it more efficient and my models had been over looked in the process. I accepted this as just a one off experience and accepted the partial refund and the guarantee i wouldn't be unpset with the standards of the models and i can happily say I wasn't. I finally received my order around the late Jan 2013 which was about 4 months.

I was so impressed with the standard i thought i would give them another opportunity after speaking to Nick who assured me once again that it was a one off but again said 8-10 week timescale. I took the plunge and paid £500 and the remainder to be paid on completion and sent my own models in for a repaint which at the time was the 18th Feb 2013- 14th May 2013 Current update on this after a total of another 3 months/12weeks give or take a couple of days - I think that if i hadn't of spoken to Sam 2 weeks ago after having my order for 10 weeks and not starting it then these would never of been painted and apart from the fact that i'd spoken to Nick the week before and assured me that these would be put in painting that week but that never happened. Sam then moved them into painting a week after that call?

They've posted some pictures of my models but these are the ones i've sent in and they look again to a high standard but the additional models are no where to been seen and again communication has been terrible. i was assured again that i should of had my models by last week but again nothing. I'm calling daily but they never pick up?

So if you are going to use Worthypainting, yes they are worthy of the name but not the worthy of time scales or communication that they detail on there site.

If your willing to wait then they will produce so fantastic quality models for you. I hope this helps and this is just my experience.
